Server Steph, outstanding! If I owned a restaurant or bar I would hire her without reservations! Great customer skills, very efficient and easy on the eyes!! She’s cool! She’s why I came back!

We do not eat out! We stopped by on a whim, since my oldest son was in Youth Group for an hour and a half. I also do not do surveys, But this was the most amazing visit to a restaurant I can remember. Our Waitress Vanessa "Nessa", was so sweet. She actually remembered us from a previous restaurant we attended many many years ago. She was So Sweet & actually remembered details of our lives! My husband now wants to come visit Shari"s every Sunday while my son is in Youth Group! She was attentive and my husband did not have to ask for more water or anything. It was just there in a blink! The food was amazing, my Hot wings were to die for & the cinnamon rolls were warmed with butter. They are still talking about how big & good they were. She knew exactly what the boys wanted! I'm hoping she will be there when we come back, we will definitely be looking for her & asking to sit in here section. But everyone was nice there, I'll admit. The young man and the manager handled an issue with another customer wonderfully! I am truly impressed and will be back! The last time we went to a Sheri's was in 2002,now I wish we had been back, but Nessa really stood out & we had a great time!

We were seated right away! To us this is the most important thing. We ordered and the food came in a timely manner. Food was great and we even had left-overs. That's a real plus to us. Perfect in every way!
