The new remodel of this location is wonderful. The staff were great and our food came out hot not warm. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Price of coffee way too high, no refills offered, prices of meals at least 10% higher than competition, no good discounts for veterans or seniors on a tight budget. Poor selection for what you call your honored menu.

Tina D is an excellent server, she is attentive, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Even though they were suuuuper busy I didn't have to wait long and I didn't feel rushed. The food is consistently very good with lots of options so I can get exactly what I want. I come to Shari's quite regularly but I rarely answer the survey. I felt Tina did such a great job I wanted to do this in case it gets back to her. Whatever she's paid, she needs a raise. Tina is awesome and I hope I will get the pleasure of being seated in her section again.

Pie! The staff was very quick and friendly. They always are here. She was very patient with our whole table when we had a visiting grandma and 2 excited school aged kids. Perfect!

When showed waitress code on my phone to use instead of the Sharis card she put down a totally different number. Person at cashier did not know why she did that.

To begin, let us say that our waitress, was in few words: Outstanding. She bent over backwards to correct the cold vegies, checking for ingredients that we were allergic to. She really was VERY attentive and caring. She is a keeper. Her name was Vanessa, older, experienced waitress. When a country fried steak is advertised, we expect a real round steak, not a formed, breaded steak, frozen out of the box. It was tasty, however we are from Oklahoma, and a round steak is what you get, when you order a Country or Chicken Fried steak. Had to send back for hot vegies, and my rice pilaf I had ordered, instead of mashed potatoes that came with the order. The staff was working short handed, so naturally, mistakes can be made, especially as busy as they were when were there. All in all, for our first time to dine there, it was NOT a bad experience. If we are still in this area, we will try the facility again. We may stay in Washington state (beautiful state), or may have to leave due to wife's health problems. Again, our waitress, and other staff members were extremely kind and helpful, despite the busy afternoon.

I am a vegetarian so I found the selection of food options limited. However, I was here for my elderly mother and she enjoys dining here. It was a good experience. We come frequently.
