Instead of getting a piece of new quiche the cold quiche was just warmed up so it made my mom sick later on in the day

The flavor of the pizza shaped bread serve with your chicken fettuccini was terrible. My husband's sirloin steak was ordered medium done and it was very over cooked, dried out, hard to chew and burn't on the edges. We didn't expect a lot so we didn't complain but even at Shari's we felt the steak should have been better than this. We probably won't order steak again at Shari's. On the other hand our server was exceptionally pleasant and made our visit worthwhile. We will return again.

To be highly satisfied some aspect would have to be highly exceptional. Shari's is a nice, friendly restaurant with fairly good food--but not exceptional.

Prime rib asked for medium rare got over cooked, and it was bland. Had the prime rib 2 times before and it was good not this time. Waiter was good but food not so good.

It's not that it "took too long", but we eat here often and it seemed slower than usual, even though it wasn't that busy.

Server was very nice and friendly and did a good job even though it looked like a skeleton crew due to the holidays. Price was good for what we got, though my husband ordered over-easy eggs and only one of his yolks was runny but it wasn't a big enough issue to send it back to fix, especially since they kept getting rushed with new customers.

JUST BELIEVE THAT IT TOOK TOO LONG FOR THE FOOD TO BE SERVED. WE HAD TO GET TO GO BOXES SHORTLY AFTER WE RECEIVED OUR FOOD.

Service was slow and pie boxes were wet! Waitress seam bothered by having to get pies

I had a coupon code to get a free cinnamon roll with a ten dollar purchase. They were all out. I think they should have offered to give me one the next day?

The veggies should have been served in a separate bowl, to avoid the water from the pot/pan seeping into the steak and fries. The food was luke warm to ice cold, not sure if the fact that the restaurant being cold factored in, but the mozz sticks were already reforming by the time i got them and the speed from the soup to the app to the entree was very fast. I was only half-way through my chowder, before I received the app and only had a bite or two of that before my steak was brought out (cold). Medium-rare is a warm center and hot outside and i got cold and luke-warm for my steak. Vanessa was polite enough to take the mozz sticks off, despite my objections. I don't expect free stuff just for giving a helpful critique.
