Ordered the Southern Style Chicken & Waffles. My chicken was still cold and raw in spots. Tea (on duty manager) was great - she personally cooked my replacement order.

Was out of Baked Potatoes, No Pecan Pie, No after dinner mints. Who ever orders for this store needs to get on the ball !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The waitress was great, the food was great, but it took them too long to bring tea! They brought the coffee right away, but they had to be reminded to bring the tea.

Pie alamode not quite as warm as well expected.

Coffee was terrible but costly. Husbands food looked okay but my quiche was sad. Waitress did not check in enough so we had to flag her down but this was not her fault because she had to be the host/cashier and waitress during a rush. There was no host but there was a person who looked like a manager present, but this manager was doing thing like wiping down the counter and reading clipboards, not helping the waitress during rush time with things like the cash register, ridiculous.

My wife ordered the New York steak and she said it was too tough. She didn't eat more than half of it. I told the manager at check out and he said he was sorry but sometimes cuts of meat are tough.

First serving of coffee lukewarm, server gladly brought new pot. Biscuits were hard... obviously not fresh.

Some of the tables were left dirty even though staff had time to clean then. When staff wiped off tables, made big circles missing most of the table. When we were seated, my friend did not have silver ware, we had to ask for it.

At 5PM, the soup of the day was already not available. Someone should have made more!

Server inattentive at times. Meal at tepid temperature.
