It appeared that they may be understaffed. No one greeted or acknowledged us when we came in. It was a long wait to sit, to place our order, and to receive the order. The staff was friendly .... it was just slowwwwww

When I paid for meal I was told I could not use both my coupon and my Shari's cafe club card. One or the other. First time this has ever happened. I chose the coupon. Is this a new policy? Or is this Wllows Pond's new policy? Robert Barlow

I understand it was a saturday morning and busy. I believe that everyone was doing their best to be attentive to their customers. My concern is when you attend to a table and fill up water, fill everyones glass instead of just one and then attend to another table. I know that when we received our food the plate was warm and our food was cold

waitress did not seem to understand what was included in the item ordered. did not offer me salad or soup at all yet husband was asked what kind of dressing on his salad etc. had to ask when she came back, wasnt i supposed to get salad. OH I Could get you one. i said, not wanting to pay extra for something that was supposed to come with the meal. Doesnt my meal come with it? she said she would find out. she eventually did bring me a salad with no mention of what kind of soup was available then did not bring us any dinner rolls until i asked about it. then we got a roll which was gummy. . . Never did get any additional water though i had put my empty glass on edge of table to be refilled. we were through with our food and ordered our pie and she wandered off helping next table with boxes for their food, pie in boxes, bag etc without bringing our pie. she brought bill. promptly though the other table had whole table full of food they were still eating on while our table was emptied of food already. was rather irritating . i have a husband who has multiple medical problems including parkinsons and the messing around, left him unable to eat the rest of his dinner

took 15 min for server to take order, another 20 min to receive food and mine was over cooked and cold and my husbands was cold-there was only about 12 patrons when we arrived-I understand someone was in training but we have been there when training was happening before and never had this issue.

I specifically asked that the green peppers and onions be extra sauteed/well done. The server assured me that the cook would do that. They were actually barely sauteed. My meal also came with sour cream and salsa. I had to ask the server for it, and he acted like he was doing me a favor by bringing it to me.

After entering the restaurant, we had to wait for up to ten min, with wait staff going about what they thought they were suppose to do, even looking at us waiting. My neighbor has a food allergy, the waitress was told about it. She didn't know about it or even asked so she would know what to do. The food set up in the window till it was some what cold. The sausage that was put on my plate was half dried out and hard. My neighbor had to send back her salad because she cannot eat bread. The waitress just picked off the bread and gave the salad back. My neighbor had to wait ten min to have her drink refilled. I have really enjoyed going to your restaurant, but after this, it will be awhile. The waitress was more interested in doing for who knows what instead of taking care of her customers. We are both very unhappy and won't be back for some time.

Gabriel was our server he was very unprofessional. He cused at the management, flipped them off, yelled at another associate in front of customers. He didn't bring us our waters 45 minutes later after asking 5 or more times he did finally bring them. He was very rude to us and other customers. He got into it with the cook which then slowed our order down because the cook refused to cook. The management that was there did absolutely nothing about it which is even more unprofessional. He is extremely loud and doesn't care who hears him complain about his job.
