We waited over 30 min. to receive our food, my husband's "omelet" was more scrambled than an omelet, the sausage was chopped in large pieces, dropped in the middle and all overcooked. Toast was burnt and had we not waited so long he would have returned it all. The waitress never checked back, did not remove the dishes when we were finished and we had to stand up to leave to get our check. To be honest, this is the first time we've had an issue so will most likely try it one more time at some point.

We waited too long for our food. The server said sorry several times. It seems there was a new cook. She finally brought my husband's dinner salad just so he would have something to work on. I could see our meal under the lights. When the appetizer was finally brought I said I hope that is not my burger sitting there. Oh no she says. That is someone else's. Don't you worry. She left, came back immediately and said your meal is ready. Would you like it now ? I said you know I would have cancelled the appetizer if I had known everything was coming at once. I'm sorry she says once more. Well, we might as well have it on the table. Back she goes and picks up the very burger ( and my husbands chicken fried steak with the congealed gravy ) that she assured me was not mine. I pointed this out and she was obviously flustered at being caught in a lie. Oh, I thought it was a different one. Can I do anything else for you ? You've done quite enough and we will deal with all this food. We only come to Puyallup a few times a year and we always came to Shari's. We weren't even offered a piece of pie for crying out loud. Not that we had room

-ordered coffee. no condiments were offered or brought to the table -ordered country omelet (ham and cheese) no ham in omelet at all -ordered prime rib strogonoff. meat was very fatty, sauce was thin and runny like water, bland flavor, bread was a joke -all food was barely luke warm -wait person (Vanessa 401055) was inattentive and engaged in personal conversation with booth next to ours and not paying attention to our orders or condiment offerings like cream, sugar, ketchup, etc -resaurant was very slow at the time with three wait persons on staff and only five tables occupied including ours

I typed the whole story but ran out of space. In short... 356169 TheresaK was great. Pascal was terrible. TERRIBLE!!! No smile... super abrupt... downright rude. I have owned bars and restaurants for years... He is a perfect example of what you DON'T want on your front line... yet there he was... Mr. Grumpy-Pants. So unbelievably rude. He did NOT care about my situation at all and made rude comments that were not helpful in resolving the situation. It's really too bad... because TheresaK completely understood the problem and was very nice and understanding. If Pascal wouldn't have interjected... I would not be writing this review right now.

They forgot half of my order and I had to call the store and return a second time to get it. By the time I returned home my original order was cold. I would expect better customer service such as cooking it fresh or adding a side.

Person by cash register was pr'bly supposed to be greeter, it took her time to look up, then quickly mumbled what sounded like "pick-a-spot," didn't see her again. Service was very slow, but we do feel like the server (Arthur) tried his best to keep up (he's always been a favorite). A party of 4 left when not being spoken to, didn't wait very long. The cook (could only see 1) put the wrong meat in my omelette & both meat & egg were not cooked well, mushy, gooey (also had French toast which was the same). Didn't have a chance to ask for anything since the waiter was so busy answering Ubercalls, waiting for those customers to check their bags & running the tab. Disappointed for sure. The last time we were at this Shari's, for lunch/dinner about a week ago, service was good. Only thing wrong was that the garden burger I ordered was mushy/broken apart into little pieces. The taste wasn't all that bad. Hopefully you can have more workers for the very busy times.

My omlette was served (which looked more like scrambled eggs) with a little black hair cooked into it. I let our waitress know and she apologized and had a new meal brought to me. The rest of my family was already finished eating though by the time the new plate was brought out. With 2 small children, it's not easy to have them sit and be patient when it takes double the amount of time for a meal. With the overall experience, an apology from the manager, or a discount would have been appreciated. We paid full price for our meal though and left. Unfortunately we will probably choose another restaurant in the future.

The food was less than satisfactory due to my bread used on my sandwich being stale and the chicken cranberry and? salad being mostly tasteless. it was the worst food I have ever had at this or other Shari's. If I did not have my grandchildren with me I would have complained at the restaurant.

My Wife specifically asked that pepperjack cheese not be used on her sandwich as she has an allergy to it. After her first bite it was evident that there was pepperjack on it. The waitress replaced it but if there had been a reaction it could have been bad. My cheddar burger was way overdone and dry,
