When seated, we were not asked what we wanted to drink, nor was there cutlery at the table. another couple was seated next to us, after we were and they were given cutlery and drink order taken when seated. the food, when order was prepared, was cool and tasteless. the server took it back and reheated in microwave. one egg was omitted on one meal. the general confusion of the staff made the atmosphere very tense. the restaurant was NOT very busy

as soon we sat, we observe messy floor ,and no one came to clean, until we make the observation to our waitress, she went and got broom and cleaned, but that was ,nt her job to do so, then we saw flies, a group of flies swirling in a circle, right in the middle dining., it is cold here no reason to have flies around you when eating And also it was busy, lunch hour rush" not enough bodies around to take your order ut that is ok ,is just tables and floor should be clean every time guest leave. Tks we like Sharis but also like to eat safe..

We were greeted by the waiter with" sorry I was taking care of other customers that had needs". We were customers with needs. Over 15 min for someone to ask us for drinks. The hostess was not doing too much. Lots of laughter coming from the kitchen area. No refills on water. We were there over an hour. Also my reward number could not be found. I have had the reward card for several years and never had an issue. I did have to keep repeating my phone number. I gave up.

We placed a togo order online once we got there they said it never came thru so we waited another 20 min 4 burnt hash browns and a med steak that was well done floor was dirty manager was not helpful just brushed it off we weren't offered s drink while we waited no discount 4 the inconvenience or anything we were 2 hungry 2 argue but we were VERY disappointed my husband mentioned not 2 visit here again we had another not still great experience b4 this 1 but tried again but not anymore

plate was hot but food was cold the biscuits were rock hard, they did replace the biscuits. our server did not follow up about our order. Also the Honored Guests menu no longer has a breakfast selection, Why? The menu is limited and I will miss some of my favorites.

My husband is a rotund man. He was using the restroom while the greeter was seating me. She placed us in a booth next to the kitchen entrance (although there were plenty of empty tables available). When my husband rejoined me, he couldn't even squeeze between the table and the seat. We moved to a nearby table so he could be comfortable. When our food arrived his was cold (all of it), the bacon tasted old, the eggs were under cooked and the hash browns were burned. The server seemed to notice our dissatisfaction but did not inquire and did not return to our table with the receipt.

There were not enough waitresses for all the people so our service was slow as a result. We waited a very long time to order our free pie after the meal. 30 minute wait? Had to wait for the bill as well after that. This has been a problem it seems everytime we come! Not enough help so service is slow which will prevent us from returning too often. We were with a group of seven on Wednesday around 9:00 in June and this was the same problem! Not enough waitresses so service was slow. Our out of down guest was unhappy about no cornbread or roll with his stew that he ordered! He had ordered that in particular for the bread and they didn't tell him they were out until they brought his food! He wasn't happy! We will not be taking anymore out of down guests to Shari's unless this problem is remedied.

3 adult meals and 1 children's meal. 1 adult and the child received child size cups for their drinks. None of the drinks including water were given any refills. I was charged an adult price for the child's drink and the included drink in his meal said no drink. There were only 2 sets of silverware on the table and we asked for more silverware and extra napkins but did not receive them. The server checked on nothing and the restaurant was fairly empty so being busy was not a reason.

Menu's change too often. Porchetta sandwich no longer available as an entre; only as an appetizer. "Free pie" is no longer free. We were not aware that the free pie had changed to free "classic only" pie and that all others are now an extra $1. Free pie is no longer accurate, but is misleading. Wife pointed out that the regular price of the "gourmet" pies is only $0.40 more than classic pie on any regular night. Why are you charging $1 more for the gourmet pie on free pie night when it is only $0.40 more any other night of the week? Attendance at the restaurant, which we frequent often, was noticeably down. Remodel has made the restaurant a nicer place with the booths gone from the center of the dining room. More light

We asked to be seated toward the xront of the restaurant asthe ony other place was by kitchen and from pryor experiencewe knew that is noisy. The front proved to be very noisy as the wait staff ( both on and off the clock ) were having extremely loud conversations discussing schedule changes pictures on facebook among a few of the topics. Very unleasant when we were trying to enjoy our meal. Our waitress was very professional and respectful.
