Where we were seated, the floor had food on it and the table had just one knife and fork rolled in a napkin. After being served, I waited a couple of minutes, then called our waiter who had been chatting with another worker while doing something, over to the table to bring us place settings. He did come back with a sweeper during our meal and pushed it around real fast, but didn't get the food off the floor. All of it was a joke.

We came to Shari's at 5:50 PM on Friday for the Prime Rib night. When we asked the price of the prime rib the hostest had no idea and finally asked the wairtress who seemed to think we should know, but it was not listed anywhere we could find. It then took until 6:30 for the waitress to take our order. At 6:45 we were told the prime rib was sold out instead of being told right away. (On Friday and the prime rib is gone by 6:30? That is very poor planning!!!) We finally got our meal at 7:30--and it tasted like it had been cooked and kept warm instead of being served right away. The only type of strawberry pie left was the strawberry gnoche(?) Again, poor planning on a Friday night. We had eaten at a Shari's in Meridian, ID and Pendleton, OR 3 times in the last 10 days and were quite pleased with the food and service, but not tonight. We won't go back to this Sharis again. We had quit going there three years ago because of the service and food but thought we would try again in hopes of things being better. It hasn't changed so we won't be back to the Puyallup, WA Sharis again.

We were at the restaurant on 5/13/16. Katia was our server. It was not very busy in the restaurant. We were seated timely, drinks were ordered and received and our food order was taken timely. However, we watched as the kitchen put up our food on the counter and it continued to sit for a very long time. Meanwhile Katia is cleaning tables and doing other odds and ends, even though there was no one waiting to be seated and there were many clean tables available. By the time she finally brought our food it was no longer even slightly warm and was congealed looking. I did bring this to her attention. I told her I felt that it was probably more important to deliver the food to us hot than it was to clean the tables. She just looked at me and finally said (in a very snotty voice - of which everyone at our table of 5 agreed) "okay ma'am". She never apologized for the cold food or our dissatisfaction. She didn't offer to reheat anything nor did she offer to give us a discount. We actually had to take food home to eat later when we could reheat it ourselves. It was very disappointing. Your prices are fine, but not when the food is served cold.

My son ordered Mac n cheese off the kids menu, it clearly said Kraft and showed the pic...when it came it was not the Kraft, but rather an adult version. I pointed this out to our waitress....and she said, kinda with a snotty tone, everyone thinks it is, but they have to be told it isn't, I said well the menu says it is and showed it to her, she just shrugged her shoulders and offered to get me a take home box....so I spent five bucks on a milk and apple juice. I feel upon noticing what the menu said, verses what we got...there should have been an offer to order a different meal, or at least remove it off my bill. My son ate my breakfast instead....it seemed like we were an inconvenience to her just by the way she acted....she had a smile on her face, service was prompt....just not what I paid for. I have not been to that sharks in a long time...and probably won't be back again. I just don't think the menu should be incorrect, and if it is a known problem.....that it's no Kraft Mac n cheese, someone should be told at corporate so it can be fixed. Kids use pictures to order from when they can't read.

entered and was put on list because there was not adequate serving staff!and that is what i was told when i ask why so long and a lot of open tables. The manager finally seated us, and she got us our drinks and had to take our order because " the waitress swamped" Why on wensday 's "with free pie is the resturant short of staff." is what i ask and was told that you want to cut even more. my steak was ordered medium and it came to me well done.the cooks where over whelmed and could not even get the orders correct! my wife said we can spend our money better else where. remember with you cut backs come loss of patrons. due to poor service! hope you can restructure with the paying guest in mind.

The heat was very very high. It was like a sauna in there and even the waitstaff commented but said there was nothing they could do. The doors could have been opened. After we were seated quickly, we were ignored for quite some time even though there were only two patrons in booths. Total of 3 people. The music in the kitchen was the chef's and it was so loud it interfered with the track music in the dining area. I asked if it could be turned down and the waitress laughed. I asked for the soup of the day because that is what I came in for and she said there was no soup left. They are at the mercy of what is left from day shift. Can't they make more? I was very surprised by the service since it was not what Shari's is all about.

Took forever to be seated, even though there were empty tables. When I tried to pay, the clerk was apparently discussing the menu at length on the phone to someone (she even put the person on hold to go look in the kitchen!) very inattentive staff. Food was just ok, not great.....certainly not worth the hour and 45 minutes the experience took.

Room temperature-it was cold. When we asked our server if they could adjust it was told it is on a timer system and they could not change it. While we were there 2 groups of people came in and sat down and then left before ordering. As they walked by our table they were saying they would not sit here and shiver during dinner. As we were leaving we told the night manager about the problem and she said the restaurant manager had a locked cover on the thermostat and she could not change it. I replied that having customers leave without ordering because of the temperature of the room made no sense.

Came with a friend. Both orders were wrong. Waited an hour for our food just to be gross, undercooked, and wrong food
