The last survey I did I was told by Kriss Farro excuse the spelling, to come in for a free piece of pie, so I came back to get it, but she was not there and they didn't believe me. So my visit to your restaurant was for nothing. I was embarrassed too. So much for making things right. I prefer to go somewhere else from now on.

Took my kids for dinner there. We were not greeted well and was not assisted well from the server. It took so long, we ended up going to the restroom and came out my kids decided to find a seat as the wait was too long for children to wait. When we sat, I had to go grab coloring materials and menu like self service. When a waitress came, she told us the section we were seating are closed for the night. (How would we know about this? Nobody was kind to show us our seat in the beginning) When we sat at the table, there were more people coming in to be seated. Seems like there were short staff, causing unhappy worker and unhappy customer like me. This is not an excuse to have such treatment since we don't go there every week. Maybe once a month. Very disappointing service!

This is the 2nd time we came to this restaurant and the inside temperature was freezing. There is fans all over the place. My husband had to keep his hat and coat on and I had to keep my coat on as well. We asked for the fans to be shut off and they said, "they can't sorry!" We will not return!

Took too long to get order taken. People sat after us had order taken and received food first. Water not refilled until at end of meal. Ordered the Loraine quiche and received brocolli ham quiche after twenty minutes of waiting. Took another 6minutes to get my correct food and portion was really small. Watched waitress chatting with other tables and asking how things were but didn't ask us while we were waiting for food. Only started chatting with us at the end when dropping off check.

We waited at least five minutes to be seated, although we were greeted immediately, with only about 5or 6 tables occupied in the restaurant. We ordered the turkey sandwich (my Wife) and the breakfast sampler. (myself) Her sandwich didn't look any better than it tasted, and my sampler was somewhat lacking. The scrambled mixed was a bit dry and a rather small portion. The bacon was a tad undercooked and greasy. The pancakes were dry and not very tasty, even with immediately saturating them with butter. On the plus side, the sausage was outstanding and I even asked the waitress if she knew the source. (She didn't) We hadn't eaten in Shari's in a while, and it may be a longer while before we do so again. Thanx for your time and patience.

Order taking slow, overworked server, very dissatisfying smoothie (salty, poor taste), server made no move to replace the product, did remove the charge but failed to provide the drink adequately prepared as requested, should have been at no cost but her decision was no product, bad public relations. Food served after long wait, much longer then I've ever waited in serveral years of eating out, coffee never checked by server or were we asked by server if the meal was up to our standard. Store seemed clean and inviting but overall service seriously needs upgrading, recommendation hire more qualified help. Understaffed.

We have been going to Sharis in Puyallup for years and never had a problem but ever since u remodeled the service has gone down hill. We came in on Saturday late in the afternoon, people were waiting to be seated we stood in line for a long time before someone ask if we were on the list. Took our names and waited to be seated I noticed the empty tables and wondered why people weren't being seated. Then a gentleman (possible manager) came out ignoring the customers waiting to be seated he knew the servers were busy not even saying anything to the people waiting so long or was he willing to help clean tables I thought it was very rude on his part it took us 20 minutes to be seated and another 30 minutes for our dinner. I hope this doesn't happen again Sharis was our favorite restaurant

We have been to Shari's three times since we moved here. We have never heard of Shari's in the east coast and being that Shari's was known for it's pies, I figured we would try it out. The pies are awesome, by the way, but my problem lies with other things. The first time took way too long to be seated and we were told only half of the restaurant would be seated. Not really sure why. The second time, my chicken was raw. I wasn't upset when I told my waitress and the waitress said they would make me another one. After we were done, we weren't given any extra percentage off our ticket, which was upsetting. On our third visit, we waited about 20 minutes just for a drink order, while it seemed like everyone else around us were getting their orders taken care of. So overall, our visits have not been the best. The food has always been good (when it was correct), but the service was unfortunately slacking. Hopefully this helps in some way. I could be one of the very few people that complain, in that case, our luck at Shari's hasn't been very good. I understand there are some bad days, but as paying, respectful customers, I believe we should have been treated better. Thank you

I arrived before 3pm, and restaurant was basically empty. I ordered eggs benedict with stuffed hashbrowns. I saw in the window that my order was near ready, just waiting on eggs. After a little bit I heard the cook tell Joshua "I guess it works better with the flame on," and then laughed. I knew that she was talking about my pouched eggs. After another little bit the eggs were finally done and Joshua brought me my meal. I had half of the eggs benedict before Joshua did his checkback, and I told him that the food was cold. He asked if I wanted it redone, but I declined as I didn't know how much longer that would take and I had class soon. I tried the hashbrowns, but they tasted burnt, they had a weird taste to them. Joshua brought me the check and I told him that this was by far the worst meal I ever had at Sharis. He apologized and cashed me out with 3/4 of my meal still on my plate. He did offer me a slice of pie, but I don't eat pie, so I declined. Joshua was good, cook left me feeling unsatisfied.
