We were not greeted when we walked in. There was a vacuum in the middle of the floor. The only thing they had available was eggs, bacon, sausage. The coffee was cold. The workers was eating in the back while preparing the food. The waitress keep picking her nose not once did I see her wash her hands. My pancakes were over cooked with black stuff on them. The eggs and hash browns had too much oil/greeds. The bacon was under cooked.

My family and I have in the past, very much enjoyed coming to the South Hill Puyallup location for a meal. Today, was TERRIBLE! We were not greeted when entering (ignored would be more accurate) and it took several minutes to be acknowledged and seated. There were several empty tables but the servers were all running around. Once we were seated it took a long time for our drinks and to order. Our food took even longer. Our server did not check back in to refill drinks. My daughters food was missing items, my sons food was covered in fries(he had to dig for his entrée), my food was thrown on the plate and my husbands food was cold. We had to flag another server down to get it fixed and all they did was microwave the item. My husband then refused to eat it. We were not spending our money for an item like that. The server did not check back in until everyone else finished their food. She took the item off our bill and said the manager would stop by. Not only did he not stop by, he refused to look at me when we went to the counter to talk to him. Then did not say a word and WALKED AWAY!!!!!! I have never been more disrespected from any establishment and we will NEVER be coming back.

Slow service and got hair in our food. No apology and never got drinks refilled. Tiny portions just an awful experience at Sharis.

waitress trying very hard, cook was super busy and trying to keep up. think you need more help. Or step aside and let the independents come back. Love to see the people on their computors come down to the real world. Maybe some of your ideas can be good, but ask your labor if it is working. Try the job yourself and tell me. people who work hard deserver better. CORPERATE AMERICA PROMISE IF THEY COULD RUN THE SHOW PRICES WOULD BE LESS BE CAUSE THEY COULD ORDER IN QUITY. LOOK AT THE PRICES.

burnt french toast , cold pancakes , stake meal late 10 min after other recived meal and stake was tuff ,the waitress was great

Our French toast was Extremely uncooked to the point when we cut into it the center was “still soaked” from the batter. We sent it back to be re-heated only to get it back within 5 minutes in almost the same condition!!

The waitress Tina was great and did her job was very friendly and we understand her hands were tied, the manager was rude and after the 3rd time with our complaint she finally did something about adjusting our check. I don't mind paying for our meal but don't screw it up and expect the customer to pay for something we didn't receive. I have been in retail all my life and how we were treated by that manger was plain wrong. Just thought the corporate office should know what is going on at that store. We will not be returning!

Bbq ribs we tough and no meat. Meal was incomplete and foul tasting (not all there, no follow up from staff). Biscuit was dry and hard. Hot turkey sandwich was salty and meat was juat foul tasting. No follow up from wait staff. We eat at Shari's often, but not now.

Server dropped bacon on table from order and did not pick it up or replace it to the meal with fresh bacon. Server did not refill coffee for table after being asked. Food was cold, server microwaved it to warm. Not friendly and did not allow us the opportunity to order desert, only brought us check with two drinks not charged to "fix" the issue.

My friend and I stopped in for a late breakfast our server was Tina D. Located at the shari's on merridian Ave. I ordered the waffle. She asked if I wanted sausage or bacon so I said bacon...... NOT DO YOU WANT BACON OR SAUSAGE. Then she charged me for it. So I asked if it came with she said no. So I told her for future reference you should make that clear because it sounded like it came with. She said ok. Then took my card off the table to go charge me. No apology untill a coworker said something to her. One of the most rude disrespectful waiters I have ever experienced!! You should think twice about letting her work for your company thanks to her I will for sure go out of my way to eat at another restaurant.
