I placed my order for 2 pies on the 11th on the website-I received confirmation for pick up the next day at 3:00PM. I took in the receipt and after searches by two people, one in management, it was determined the focal pie I ordered had been cut and two pieces remained. Since I had already paid, they suggested I select another pie...the peanut butter pie was the birthday boy's only choice--I was offered the two pieces remaining and still had to select another pie no one was interested in. it was suggested that next time I order by phone-internet not checked often??

Visit was 12/20 at 8pm, left at close to 9:30 pm. There were no other customers when we left and my daughter's bacon was rancid. drinks sat empty. Also when we were in the car leaving we witnessed the staff eating the remains of our food. Server was Joshua and was at Willows Pond #177 location. For what we paid and the poor service we got we will not eat there ever again. I do want to say that the remodeled building is pretty. Too bad the service and food was terrible. Ordered milk to add to my coffee. Never got it. My eggs were drastically under cooked. Country gravy is white. Not brownish grey. The utensils had bits of dried food still attached. From kitchen to floor service your establishment failed in every possible way. I dine at your Canyon Road location fairly regularly. They have never disappointed in such a grandiose manner. I know that you cannot possibly satisfy every customer every time, but the folks at your Puyallup location are evidently disinterested in trying to. Thank you for your time.

I went there to pick two pie order. The person who waited on me was not friendly, a bit of a attitude , no smile. I waited in like 10 min no acknowledgement I was there. No I will be with in a moment. I felt I was a inconvenience to her . I work in retail. I know how it can get be busy but I always acknowledge my customers if I cant help them right away. It called respect.

Our waitress was more interested in chatting with other customers and employees, as well as taking time to show pictures on her phone. We had to ask for silverware, which was all dropped on the table, not even distributed. Instead of coming to check in on us she hollered "how we were doing?" From behind the counter. My daughters food (3 years old) was brought out last, probably 3-4 minutes after the 4 adults. Instead of telling my grandfather before his food was started that they were out of sesame seeds buns, she waited until right before she brought the food out to ask if a substitute was ok, barely giving him a chance to make a decision. When it came time for the check, the manager (Theresa) was nice enough to get it for us as well as a to-go box. We were much more pleased with the help of the manager than with the waitress. If I have that waitress again I will be getting up and leaving rather dealing with her service again.

The waitress shannan 135881 was rude, did NOT come to our table once to check on us. The manager brought us water at the beggining and after that we weren't offered one refill, and she passed us four times to refill the customers around us. Our food was barely warm, like it had been sitting there for a minute before she decided to bring it to us. The overall experience was aweful. We have no intentions on returning to this sharis and will not recommend it to anyone we know either.

1st when I got my coffee there was no sugar on the table & no cream offered. she didn't come back til the coffee was cold. finally we ordered mozzerella sticks & 2 omlets one with pancakes, one with biscuits & gravy, took 30 min to get our food. it looked burnt around the edges with what looked like pepper all through it but tasted like it was cooked on something burnt, took 3 bites of that & tried the pancake, it was awful & tasted burnt, my daughter had maybe 3 bites of her omlet & 1 bite of her bis/gravy it was horrible. Then she forgot the moz sticks & brought them to us cold saying she forgot about them on the counter. We sat there for about 20 min with our food at the end of the table before she noticed us and asked if we wanted a to go box. I told her no it was awful, she took the over half full plates straight to the trash and brought us our ticket. I talked with the man at the front & he told me there was nothing he could do, I needed to "go online if I wanted a refund". This costed me $38.44 & I didn't even drink all my flat soda. I am very unhappy with the food, the service & the way we were treated. I will not be going back.

the food was cold, bland, there was no options for jam or jelly for toast. cheese options were limited wait staff was very short and unhelpful with questions about options I don't plan on ever returning to your company again

The crew was on their phone just about the whole time. And they looked like they didn't want to here. I'm not impressed with the service at all.
