Waitress was not busy when we were seated in her section. We were ignored for quite a while. I started showing my displeasure by tapping on the table. When she finally decided to approach our table, she did not greet us, but simple asked what can I get for you. In the meantime, I observed that the few other patrons in the restaurant were waited on, greeted and taken extra water and asked if they needed anything. Had I not had my 7-year old and 5 year-old granddaughters, I would have gotten up and left after vocalizing my opinion of the waitresses attitude. This was my second visit here and met with the same kind of treatment the first time, but only went a second time to make sure I wasn't over reacting and because my granddaughters wanted to go there. This was definitely my last visit there.

I ordered chicken penne alfredo; by the time we finally had our food brought to our table It was cold; all three of our meals!! So I had the waitress take mine back; they microwaved It to long & It burnt my tongue & they left the pieces of bread on the plate while they microwaved it!! The waitress knew I was highly dissatisfied instead of offering to take it off our bill she got me a to go box.. We eat out at least three times a week & your restaurant will no longer be one we go to!! And then when we were at the register your manager did not even ask how everything was ; I waited so I could tell her, however she did not ask!! The worst service I have had in along time..

Ordered a side salad it never came but was on bill. No refills on drinks. Waitress was very unattentive. Steak was very grisly and alot of fat. Steak was a NY cut. Size and amount of fat on other steak was disappointing. Cold hash browns and runny eggs.

I ordered a pie online the night to pick up the following day. I had to stand in line for 20 minutes before I was taken care of, then they couldn't find my order and asked me if I was sure I ordered it from the restaurant, I showed them my confirmation then they went to look again for the pie and came back and said we don't have any so I took another pie instead. No one emailed that they didn't have the pie in stock and it took over a half an hour to get the pie. I could of made the pie in the time it took me to get the pie along with the commute. The restaurant appears to be run very inefficiently, tables were cleaned off and ready yet people were waiting by the door quite awhile to get seated, even though tables were available. I also seen a couple get seated after 15 minutes and then they had to grab utensils from another table. They should have 1 person taking the money to pay the bills and filling the pie orders instead of three or four people. Very disorganized. I wouldn't be very proud if were the manager of that restaurant.
