we always receive a smile and friendliness with our waitress and she always tries to please. She knows us when we come because we are regular customers. She is just a genuinely nice person

We were a party of 8 that has eaten had several different Shari's over the last three years. Collectively we have to say that the service we received from Melissa taking our orders (not drinks) and following up with us was beyond anything we have experienced before at Shari's or any other restaurant of this level. Clearly, she is the standard that Shari's should use for other members of your team in each restaurant. If we could only be so lucky to have her the next time we eat at the Cascade Park Shari's. The serveres are like family to me.I go to sharis about three times a week,because I have no one to cook for and they treat me very well. They ask a out my mother who has been very ill.even if they don't care you don't know it Thank them for me a d give them big raises.

It was my second time visiting a sharis restaurant, the first time I did not like very much but it was a different location, this time it really got me impressed with the menu choices and the prices. The atmosphere was very nice and our server Tally was very attentive and outgoing. I think I will return soon.
