I have not been in this store for a long while. I've been sooo busy that I just cannot make it there. So coming back in was like seeing old friends. Shannon immediately met me and took me to my seat (I'm very proud of her for sticking with school - it's a drag but it will pay-off in the long-run). Then Josh said hello, then Annette came by and gave me a hug. All of this is nice but I've been in many restaurants and I have NEVER known a better crew of folks. The service is exceptional, everyone is pleasant and kind, the store is clean, the food is good, the price is right and it's all managed very, very, very well. Mostly we are highly satisfied due to the super service we get from our favorite waitress Carol. She is not only very friendly but she knows everything there is to know about Sharis.

There are four of us that meet every Friday evening if we can for the Primr Rib dinner. We are always treated well,and we are getting to know the waiters and waitresses. They are beginning to acknowledge that they will see us on the next Friday. Love the atmosphere, employees and food.

I really liked our waitress, Michelle. She was very sweet and apologized when she brought my salad just before my actual dinner came out, and it really wasn't that big of an issue. The food was really good and my kids ate everything they ordered, which I consider a victory. Thanks!

There were 7 in our party, and amazingly the waitress kept everything straight from hot water, cold water with lemon, to cold water without ice, etc. right on through the entrees and dessert! Every employee we encountered was pleasant and eager to please us.
