Shari's

I guess I am not "highly satisfied" with many things. I always respond "satisfied" if I am pleased with my visit.

We were told by the waitress that Shari's no longer has the NSA Apple available. That was one of our favorite pies. So disappointed.

It took a long time to place my order because the waitress walked past my table four ttimes before she finally stopped to do so. When she returned to the table to let me know that the drink I had originally ordered was out for the day, she walked away immediately, without asking if I would like to order a different drink instead. Then it took quite a while before I could get someone else's attention (because the waitress did not come by) to order a drink. I finally got a manager's attention and made my drink request. Even though I had ordered an all-you-can-eat meal, the waitress did not check back very often to see if I wanted more.

Our server was VERY slow and not attentive enough.

The server made an assumption that I had ice in my drink when providing a refill. It took a while for the server to ask for our order. My quiche was room temperature, not warm.

Took a little longer for ordering food, I think because of one server and I was there for shift change. Nice clean restaurant and very friendly server with great service. Food was not quite to the taste of my choice. The sausage was the BEST, very good! The eggs tasted buttery to me and did not care for them. The pancakes were pretty good, but the hash brown seemed a little oily. Overall, it was good and a great dining experience. Thank you Annette for your wonderful service! The kids love the "mouse pancakes".

It took a long time for our orders to be taken, and no one told us why there was a delay. When our main dishes were served, my shrimp scampi was missing, and I had to remind the waitress about it. It took a while for the scampi to be served; it appeared to have been forgotten entirely and had to be prepared from scratch. The french fries were not hot or crisp.

I grade hard! However I am happy w/ my purchase & I will return.

I ordered the fish & chips and the fish was so greasy that I couldn't eat it.

Not really above average. The waitress kept interrupting our conversation. A lotte pushy for order. Menus open to me means not ready to order.
