Angie's service was great. was highly disastisfied that the T-bone steaks were removed from the menu again. Also do not like the fact that the loaded baked patato soup still hasnt been reinstated as the daily soup.

I am always amazed at the price of a cup of coffee. The price of coffee in restaurants jumped drastically years ago when there was a coffee shortage. I don't believe there is a shortage anymore. A plain cup of coffee just seems way overpriced today. I can remember when it was 25¢. I know that was a while ago! However I could make about 100 cups at home for the price of one cup, and I'm pretty sure you get a better deal on the price of yours. Also every time you change your menu's the prices go up a little. You seem to do this way too often for my liking. The food is decent I just wouldn't be raving about how amazing it was.

I ordered an item on the secret menu. Server was not aware of the items. She found out and I ordered the cheese burger poutine, but I got the breakfast poutine instead. She offered to fix the order, but I told her no big deal I will eat the breakfast one and get the cheese burger another time.

The hollandaise sauce in the eggs Benedict was bland

When we arrived no one was there to take us to a table until the manager showed up. Definitely under staffed. They were out of several foods and when I did finally find something they had in stock it arrived luke warm. Some of the vegetables were cold and the rest was luke warm. The meal reminded me of a poorly made tv dinner. My friends ordered bacon & eggs for dinner since they weren't out of that and were satisfied.

They were playing Christmas music which was awesome....but the music included religious based music which i think is not appropriate in a business where not all customers are Christian. I still like shari's and might continue going there if they play religious Christmas music. I just ask that they tell me in advance so I can not visit the restaurant during the holidays.

I have been bringing my registered emotional support feline with me for SEVERAL visits to this particular restaurant and the waitress who was original assigned to us (who has waited on us several times) now has an issue saying she is allergic to cats and we need to leave the manager handling the situation was AMAZING and I highly recommend her for her professionalism and appreciate the steps she took to do her best to accomadate both me and the waitress but I am upset that I have brought my animal EVERYTIME with me and have never had an issue and now I can not bring her with me even though we have been coming on a weekly basis for almost 2 months I still highly recommend the manager to any one

I want it to be told when after many times going to Sharis when my bill is rung up that should i have money rewards made i will be informed to use them or not this sharis used to do so, or ask if i would like the food reward given me onthe card to have there or take with me seem i forget about what I have made and next thing I know i am asking to only be told it expired not right when after all we are paying for these.

It was good

My wife had the fish with herb fries and the fries were really cold. The server was really great and got her fresh ones but they still took a while to cook. Also not sure what herbs they use but the fries really aren't very nice. Again I'd like to praise the server I think her name was Ashley but she really was amazing and offered us free desserts. Her service was great all night
