Tally was the best waitress I have had anywhere in a long time. She is very kind, warm and is sensitive to my dietary needs. All qualities I do not find at other restaurants. The rest of the team was great, too! You have a great group there at mill plain & 205! I will be back soon!

You have an issue at many of your restaurants that is VERY irritating. When people clear the tables they will sometimes dump the plates etc into the dirty dish bins making a very loud and irritating noise that can be heard for some distance. In some cases it seems the dish washers will combine dishes between two bins which makes an ever worse sound. Not only do I find this irritating but I have four friends that will not return to Shari's because of this issue. As I stated, it is an issue across your various stores and definitely not limited to just one. I would suggest you set up a training and performance protocol to eliminate this practice. As it stands now it is a really negative image being left with your customers. By the way I have noticed that when the regular manager is working, the practice does not seem to happen at this store. It also does not happen with my 'regular' server, Angie.

I was satisfied

The visit was good everyone was friendly, but at times it felt like we were being ignored or just passed on by. And honestly they refreshed my drink before it was even half gone and it left the impression oh I should do this now before I forget. But overall it was good.

Service was great, but took a little longer cooking than I thought.
