We were seated and ready to order and the hostess said our server Rachel would be right over. We drank a pot of coffee waiting on her and still nothing. The girl that seated us finally realized that we were still waiting to order so she came over and took our order. We then waited another 10 to 15 minutes to get our food. They weren't even busy. Too much talking among servers and not enough mgmt supervision. Will not be going back to that resturant.

add more servers, the food might get to the table hot or at least warm

The only compliant was that our Split Pea soup was only lukewarm. I did not say anything as the server could have felt the bowl herself to see it wasn't very warm.

We we're seated. Placed our order never was checked on again I had to flag her down to get new dressing without hair in it. We never got refills I had to get someone else to get me water. I kept asking for water or a refill on our drinks every time she came by but was ignored. All the other waitresses were standing around talking so I had to ask them to refill our drink. Under our table was the meat from someone's sandwich. The food is really tiny for the cost. The salad I ordered was wrong and when I asked about it she said that's the way it comes now. I really don't think I'll be coming back unless for pie

Ordered 2 sampler breakfasts. The has browns, bacon & sausages were border line raw.Waitress changed areas & we did not see her again. Cashier asked "how was everything'?. We told him 'underdone'. We were ignored.

Not happy with steak that was cooked for the second time. Not happy with the manager James.

quiche was not prepared right. the flavorings were sprinkled on top not mixed in with egg causing the bacon bits to slide around the plate. Half the egg mixture of flat. One piece of fruit was spoiled and the rest sour. No one came to see how things were. I had to remind the waiter that an English muffin came with it. He said "oh yeah".

The frys were cold and tasted like they have been sitting around awhile. Then I found a hair mixed in the tarter sauce. The fish was and tasted not fresh. The server did give us a free slice of pie. But I would have been more satified if I did not have to pay for a meal that was not very good.

She put whip cream on my milkshake when I specifically asked not to and I'm allergic.

I ordered a new York steak and received a 6oz sirloin. And the server did not catch it but said that was the size it was. Had to ask for the manager to get it fixed. Then my daughter found a hair in her cheeseburger. When I went to pay was not even given a discount for the mess up.
