Okay, took forever to get refills. Food came cold, SLOWEST wait staff ever, TOAST WASHINGTON BURNED TWICE, she said the fist time, do you want it that way? and breakfast was almost eaten by the time she came back, it was burned again and she said, well, that's the way it goes. Worst meal. So disappointed.

the original receipt was not returned back to me and gave me another receipt that isn't even my order! Our wait staff did not acknowledge our presence until 15 mins later. My order was not accurate and the wait staff did not ask about our meal. My family & I are disappointed on this location and will not come back to this Sharis.

Understaffed, they were trying hard but not enough staff

We both ordered the prime rib-small size, medium cooked, herb encrusted end cut with a side order of scampi shrimp. There was absolutely no indication of seasoning anywhere (the end and edges even looked grey in color), the taste was bland and one piece was approximately 25% of a big chunk of fat. Mine was so full of fat and gristle that 15-20% was unedible (couldn't even cut it). The rest of the meal was fine. We eat at this particular restaurant 1-2 times a month and will continue to do so, but definitely won't be ordering or recommending the prime rib.

Prime rib was cold with my husband's meal and mine....told waitress and she suggested she take it back and microwave but we do not like microwaved primerib

Waitress messed up order and didn't split checks

I ordered the ham dinner that was advertised as a Christmas dinner. The ham was dried out, not baked ham, and way overcooked. It was certainly not the type of ham expected for a dinner, especially a holiday meal - people should be warned before it is ordered for Christmas dinner. The accompanied rice was like glue and the vegtables were mush and terrible tasting like they were left overs. I was so very disappointed.

The waitress saw us come in -said be right with you no one else was waiting but us and she forgot us..finally a lady sat us at our table she was surprised to hear we were simply waiting to be seated. After the server came and took our order (it was a sundae and a cup of soup) it took forever- she said someone took my garlic toast and my soup was cold and both items came separate- dissatisfied with attentiveness of the staff

I've never had a problem with any other sharis . It's my favorite restaurant. Me and my boyfriend were nearby this millplain location so we stopped by . The food tasted horrible.... honestly it was a rip off . It took forever for everything and the girl forgot my soup and I had to remind her again which was okay. And we came on a Wednesday and they didn't even offer a free slice of pie ... good that another costumer told us about it . Will never return to the millplain sharis again.
