I did not tip monica my server. I was not greeted other than "just 1` by the mod. He took my beverage order and returned. The Tea had 2 tea bags but no lemon or honey as all other Sharis. After i asked for those he brought them. Then stood awkwardly abnd i gave him my order as it was apparent the server was on break. She brought me my trailboss with tots with a side of ranch, i did not ask for ranch i expected chipotle mayo like all other Sharis. When i expressed this she pratonizingly said she could bring it. No burger caddy i was tired of asking for things she never came back but had time to chit chat with manager. I was the only person in the restaurant and they never checked back! But just chatted about their personal lives! I had had enough. I wanted pie but was never offered until i got to the register (no check just had to go up there) `you ready to get out of here?` monica asked i thought ohhh and how! "No pie to take home?" Too late. I have never NOT tipped but service is NOT just bringing food and leaving. I will never be back to this location! Even the manager failed to check. Seriously? I was the only one in there

We were greeted and seated quickly, but it took 10 minutes before the server came and took our order. She came back and said she was going on break and that someone else would be taking over. another 15 minutes passed and no order, so we stopped a server and asked if she could find out where our order was. 10 later the replacement server showed with our order. Everything on the plate was barely warm. I had order hot tea and when I placed the tea bag in the cup and poured the water it was luke warm and didn't allow the full flavor of the tea to be released. Our bill was very quickly given to us, but I spent an additional 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my payment. It appeared to me that the restaurant was way understaffed. And because of this I am sure that other customers suffered the same outcome as I did. I am very disappointed with Shari's right now and will probably not return for a very long time.

The recent changes to your menu is COMPLETELY UNACCESSABLE. We are regular attendees at the Shari's on Mill Plain and Chalalov in Vancouver Washington. We NORMALLY take advantage of the menu that gives us the option of SUNRISE STARTER options. Your removing these options are causing use to consider NOT returning to the restaurant again which means the servers will be losing tips and income GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL MENU!!!!!!!

Our server was terrible. She took forever to take our order.it took more than half an hour to get our food and when it came it was cold. she did nothimg to rectify the situation.

iI asked for hash browns crispy both sides. i recieved soggy soaked in margerine one side only cooked hash browns. toast requested was sour dough. i got very stale white bread which if i hadnt been offered sour dough i would assume was cheap white bread. bacon was very fatty and barely cooked. waitress dropped off the order, 2 minutes later dripped check and never came by again. i had driven 3 hrs and wanted a nice breakfast before a labor intensive day pending. about 1/2 further is elmers where i ve never had a bad meal. unfortunately sharis is mire eyecatching right next to the road abd elners is tucked back out if sightline. the food quality coupled with the indifferent at best service has left me resolved to avoid Sharis in future and warn off all friends and coworkers! i did NOT send back the food as i ve seen several tv programs with hidden cameras showing what revenge for complaining cooks do to the food when food is returned. Just do it right to begin with! and check your quality control periodically as well as staffing performance! and pay aytention when a customer specifies an item cooked a certain way.

We ordered on the phone for Food to Go---The date was Mar.31, 2016 at 7;14 and the server was John -- We did not receive the food we had ordered--we ordered 2 French Dip with cheese and mushrooms. And also a Mushroom Burger. Also--Nuggets as the side--We got 1 Club Sandwich, very small portion of nuggets. 1 sandwich with some kind of beef, a whole lot of mushrooms, no Juice--and lots of nuggets. The bread was burned--and the next one was a plain hamburger, with tomatoes and onions, no mushrooms and a few French fries, and a pickle. All of the meat was burned and also the bread. We eat there often and order food to go often, and have never experienced this kind of food. For $33.13 we did not enjoy it at all.

Our food arrived cold and needed to be reheated. The kid's french fries were over salted ~ to the point it looked as if someone had just poured salt out. I requested mine not to be salted. They came salted. In fact, all of our plates were over salted. Our server advised the manager of our concern, but he chose not to come and talk to us about it.
