Please keep in mind, Shari's has been a default setting for going out up until this visit. I am saddened by the loss of turkey bacon, the entree ceasar salad, and having a 2 eggs option without having them as a side or unburying them from loads of meat. The vegetarian options also seemingly vanished into a sea of pork products. There's a huge increase in the proportion of fried food to not fried food, making wading through the breakfast menu particularly irritating. Look, Shari's is the place I used to take large parties because everyone could find something affordable and tasty. There's no way I can bring vegans or people with food restrictions here. Non-fried food options appear to be 95% in the form of salads and soups. It's just not nearly as useful a place or me as it once was and I will be taking my business where I can feed my groups.

I war treating 3 business associates to lunch. Two of our four orders could not be completed because they were out of product. We were informed 10 minutes after we ordered.

We ordered fish n chips and asked for extra taster waitress said no problem, but when our food finally came no taster.. We asked n was told they were out of taster...but we were never told that or we would not of got fish. The food sat in the window for a good 10 minutes so our food was cold also.... We won't be going to that Shari's again...

Well I ordered the pancake sandwich and cold milk, and after waiting for some time my milk never came, and I received the wrong dish. The waiter never noticed, and charged me for everything I ordered, even though I never even received the right things.

1. I asked for lemon with my drink, and was assured it was no problem. It didn't come with lemon, and asking about it got a vague nod and no actual response. 2. I ordered a salad, expecting it to come first, and asked for cucumber with it, again being assured that was no problem. I've done this before. It arrived with my entree, and without cucumber. 3. More importantly -- my mushroom burger was A) smaller than I'm used to B) had very few mushrooms C) Had a lot of green onions, which aren't even listed as an ingredient, filling out the space that's usually mushrooms and burger. This used to be one of my favorite places. Service has always been stellar, and the ease of slight modifications as special orders was helpful. None of the special orders even happened, and the mushroom burger was particularly bad -- I understand cost-savings, but I really didn't want a not-advertised green onion burger.

Waiter needed a shave, was not clean in general appearance. Kept talking about watches when all I wanted to do was eat. Complained to a co-worker how his supervisor treated him. A customer should not have ask for a drink refill, my food was barely warm, the meat had slid out of the bread on half of the sandwich. Waited had rings on every finger and seemed more than happy to show me his tounge piercing.

I placed a to go order while working night-shift for me and my coworker to be picked up on my lunch break. Something came up so I immediately called after placing the order to have it delayed it by 30 mins. so i could pick up at 2am, she said that she saw the order and she would delay the order for me. However, when I arrived at 2:30 they remembered the call but claimed it never came through so I then had to reorder and wait even longer for my order. I did not get one apology for the mix up. A simple honest answer like I forgot I am so sorry would have gone a long way with me... but I did not get that she only blamed the to go order system. It was very unprofessional and I wasted my whole lunch break waiting for the order.

It took too long to be greeted. I made eye contact twice with the male server and he didn’t even say anything to me. He was doing something, but should have addressed me and said someone would be with me shortly. He seated us several minutes later. Then when we were ordering he cut myself and my husband off when we were telling him our order. My husband had a soda and it was empty when he delivered our food and never offered to refill it. The service was the worst we have had anywhere in a very long time. We will not return to this restaurant, but will choose another sheri’s Location next time.

1. The restaurant ran out of turkey too early. We got there at 6:15 pm and they don’t have any more turkey. Seriously? 2. They ran out of pumpkin pies and a whole lot of pies that we wanted and we came for to try. 3. They ran out of bowl for salad so we were served salad in skillet! What else they are out of other than these? For sure a lot more. 4. Right when we were about to pay , a rude lead or supervisor yelling at her staff ? Oh my gosh!. Really? On thanksgiving and right in front of customers? You should be thankful they showed up on their shifts on time and ready to help customers. What the heck happened today at this restaurant? This place didn’t plan at all for thanksgiving? Or just lazy employees and management to do their job to make customers happy. a lot of customers were so disappointed today.

Prime Rib??? It was THE toughest cut of any beef that my wife or I had outside of beef jerky. Neither my wife nor I consumed the portion served. The service however was good. To bad though that they had to serve such a meal.
