First off if you send somebody out the door with a to go order the cost $25 one would expect you to include utensils and some napkins. I asked for regular fries and got some sort of a mash with coating and seasoning. She'll get her there was covered and some sort of a sauce that overage the flavor of mushroom and Swiss. Finally it was served on what seems like a scone than a bun. Then we get to the salad. When I told him I didn't want to leave meet the deduction was going to be a dollar and a half. That's $10 for some lettuce a little bit of cheese and some dressing? And even at that you guys couldn't manage to put a fork or knife or napkins in the bag. I already left and got back to my hotel room by the time I discover the problem. Luckily the hotel staff was more prepared to take care of a dining customer tHan your restaurant. You guys have serious problems. This is not the first time I've had a problem with Shari's, not by a long shot.

Food portion was extremely small. Au jus was so bland that I thought that I missed dipping my sandwich. Horrible! Took 1/2 home to dog. French fries were extremely greasy and soggy wet. Was like eating butter. Pie... chocolate was dry. Whip cream tastes fake. Strawberries were quite delicious. Worst experience I've ever had. Sharis is usually packed. Parking lot was empty. Now I know why.

I paid 14.29 for a steak that i could have spent 5$ at the store for the same size. It said a stack of onion rings i only got 2. my steak was raw i asked for medium. The bacon on the burger was under cooked we asked for extra crispy.

Being faithful customers we understand Wednesday nights can be busy, busy nights. I believe we had a new gal which is great minus her telling I was wrong and didn't know the menu. Would have been nice to have had one when we were sat. 20 minutes later she came up and asked what we wanted or if we had everything. The empty water cups were a nice start though. When we said what we wanted without looking at a menu, we pretty much get the same salmon dinner every week. She said that we were incorrect and didn't get the soup or salad. Okay. Nice to be told as a customer we are wrong. After that it all went down hill with her attitude. She ended up being two soups that we didn't ask for saying we got them with the meal. Huh. No apology on her behalf which would have been nice and smoothed things over. Big time. We only got more attitude, I hate to say this but I'm in the customer service business and a great attitude goes along way and saying sorry I was wrong. Frustrated with the service just thought you should know since we eat at Shari's all the time.

My team ordered meals two-days in advance of Thanksgiving with scheduled pick-up for 6 AM. A member of the team arrived at 5:45 and was told the manager had locked up the food and no one had a key. The staff claimed they did not have any way to contact the manager. He waited 60 minutes before she arrived. When she arrived, she was rude to my employee and he said she didn’t seem to care that he had to wait. She did give him a free Pumpkin pie to “fix the situation.”

I know your restaurants has video cameras everything that I'm saying you could go back on that date on Sunday I walk in my waitress kind of ignore me there was two customers that was there and they had to bring it to his attention hey they are waiting also then he said a side of beef he only came to us three times he forgot about our food he never came back and check up on us I ran out of coffee he never asks how I'm doing on my coffee didn't ask if I was a membership time to pay the bill the female with the green hair when she came to us and access if we want pie she was more of a help than our own waitress I come very very often there I usually get good experience when I come but Sunday was a very poorly

Arrived, ignored and waited. 1/2 restaurant closed off; not busy. Waitress (Heather) finally seated me after taking time to start eating something. Welcomed me with food in mouth. I ordered a soda, slice of pie and a bbq burger with sweet potato fries. I Verified no mayo on burgerr by ASKING. While waiting joined Shari's club. Pie & soda came ok. Burger & fries came (fries over cooked). Given 2 empty Ketchup containers. Waitress tried squirting ketchup on my plate while it splattered. I was in a suit. She stopped & retrieved a 'newer' container. I checked, burger HAD MAYO ON IT. I waited. Advised Heather of mayo. Heard excuse about checking with manager. Removed burger. I cxl'd new burger a & asked for check. Advised about club card & asked how to redeem certificate for a free slice of pie. I was told, "Oh you signed up. In future give your number or phone number." Cost at Shari's in Renton $6.99. Cost tonight for wasting my time there, a learned lesson!

My server took forever to get us drinks, food, check, boxes, refills...forgot some if our food and he couldn't be found to get ut fir us...once he dropped off our drinks he disappeared, once he brought our food he disappeared. ..it was like we could never find him he would leave for 20 minutes at a time. Couldn't get refills, hassle getting bill and boxes, never checked in with us, forgot our pancakes..whole thing was a mess . Server was more worried about flipping his hair around when walking and talking then anything else. I will not be back.

Restaurant was busy. Took a little longer to receive food. Expected. Shortly after receiving dinner our Waiter Kevin was not seen for over 40 minutes. No one asked how we doing. No Ice Tea Refills. No one to bring a box for take home food. Kevin disappeared, didn't tell us if he was going to dinner or break. He told no one that we were his table. Every waiter walked by us many times. Our food was mostly gone. Drink Glasses empty, never refilled. No bill till we got up and went to Cash Register. I told management we were not happy. Worst service ever at a Shari's. After talking to the Hostess, she sent a waiteress over to clean out dirty dishes and asked if we wanted Pie? We did. Told her we would take it home. She gave us pie to go.

Our server took our orders, but waited a good 15 minutes or longer to inform us that they couldn't make that particular dish (all the salmon was frozen, he said). He then brought another menu over so that my friend could make another selection... and then never came back to ask what she wanted. We had to finally flag down another waitress and explain the situation. We finally got our food, and it was quite good. But our waiter never once checked on us while eating, and it took us over 15 minutes to order dessert. (And another 10 to get a check.) There also seemed to be a lot of tension between the staff and manager, which occasionally spilled out on to the restaurant floor.
