Initially greeted and seated by hostess. No one came to my table for 5 minutes. I was asked if I been helped by the manager, not the waitress. I asked for water three times for water and finally received. Ordered my food with fries and got a salad instead. I ordered a burger without A bun, but they gave me a bun. Didn't come with condiments I requested. I ordered extra food to go which seemed to be a confusion between manager and waitress. When I bright the to go food to my husband, there was a berry pie instead of the sugar free apple I ordered. Terrible service by the waitress.

My wife and I were waiting to be seated, the manager came out to sit the couple ahead of us. My wife greet him with a nice hello. He just completely ignored my wife. It shows that he was very uptight. The 3 servers look exhausted and overworked. As we were eating, I saw the manager scolding the servers. He would go into the kitchen slamming the door. It made me loose my appetite.

everything was great up until my mom received her salad and i discovered a beer bottle cap in it, the waitress when told was shocked and had no clue how it could get in there, which is completely unacceptable. then the lemons my ordered with her fish never came and also i ordered pepsi the waitress brought water. the waitress did pay for my mom's milkshake but even with that small gesture by this time the experience was already ruined. honestly after the salad incident i was afraid that when we received are actual order there would be dead bugs on it. i did speak with the manager and told him about the beer bottle cap and the service and he apologized and gave us 2 free slices of pie and said she put in her two week notice and is on her way out and we are not the first people to complain about her. The manager said because she has put in her two week notice he just can't kick her out, well in that case you will be loosing a lot of customers especially if this or similar problems happen and customers end up in the hospital. This was supposed to have been a celebration for mothers day with my mom because i worked all day yesterday. another waitress gave my mom a rose which was nice.

The service was not the kind of service that Sharis use to give. It took 5 minutes to check in. Next it took 40 min. to get a table. After sitting down, we waited 30 min. before we were told that some would be with us in a few min. We didn't get to order until 30 min. later. Our food took another 40 min. When we received our food it was cold and the portions was small. I have never had such poor service from the one Sharis that was closed down and made into a Wendys.

The initial speed of service was great but once we were seated and received our food the waiter never returned to the table. We were never offered refills on water and it took 40 minutes for us to see our waiter after we had completed eating and had to flag him down to receive our check.
