Hannah was a complete sweetheart, warming to everyone in line (it was busy) handled herself well under the pressure. She made the experience wonderful! The rest of the staff were awesome, fast efficient and friendly and the atmosphere was teamwork! Thank you sharis!

Even with all of the duties the waitress has to do, she was on the spot in taking care of us.

I was NOT satisfied with my meal at this particular Sharis. The grilled cheese sandwich tasted like it had been toasted on a dirty greasy grill. When I told the waitress, she said they would remove that off the ticket and get me something else. Instead, they charged me $4. We had both ordered the pie, soup, pie luncheon. When she came back to get my husband's pie order, I said I would like Lemon Meringue pie, and she balked at giving me the pie, which was part of my original order, which was supposed to be not charged for and yet the charged me $4 and then they didn't want to give me a piece of pie!!!

The items I ordered were made exactly as I desired. From time to time I like peanut butter along with jam on my toast and English muffins and in this instance you had some. There has been at least two occasions that you were out of peanut butter, so when it's there-it's a definite plus++++.

The servers were very friendly and attentive. They gave us waters right away and asked us if we were ready to order. We were not but they gave us a sufficient amount of time to check on us again. Overall the staff and experience was positive and can't wait to visit again on Free Pie Wednesday.

I called and placed an order for 2 pies. They were ready when I arrived. The clerk told me to watch for pie deals on line. The clerk was very friendly and cheerful.

Any food that we have chosen has been excellent. Staff is friendly..smiles...and talks a bit. Room is warm, tables clean.

My server was very courteous and friendly. He made suggestions that I had not considered and I was pleasantly surprised with the food.

Our server was very friendly, she remembered us from last time we were there.

The steak was cooked to my order and was not over-cooked. The french toast was one of the best I have had!
