The yogurt parfait option was removed from the menu. I would like the option for a half size milkshake.

Being "Highly Satisfied" implies extraordinary service. The service was quite acceptable, but no more than would be expected.

As I was leaving there were several people waiting to be seated.. but there were LOTS of empty tables. One lady was getting angry and the hostess handled her very appropriately. But when I mentioned to the hostess... that there were lots of tables she said there was only one server. I do NOT know if there was a manager on site BUT if there was I would ASSUME the manager would either help the server OR arrange for an additional server to come. The situation was obviously indicative of poor management!!! I have often seen Shari's mangers waiting on tables when it is busy.

Food wasn't hot enough but service was great. Holly was great at hostess

Server neglected to give water until had to ask ... Server's tattooed arms were distracting ... food wasn't steaming, like it had been sitting on warmer for awhile ... took a little longer than i expected for food to arrive ... wouldve preferred more alder taste to salmon, which was barely warm but still good ... pie was beyond delicious ... chocolate milk was instant powder like nestle quik and notgood ... server was well informed and friendly enough ... fries are good ... 6/10 overall

The waitress was trying to do 2 or 3 things at once, leaving us waiting for her to come back to the register to complete our payment. It appeared that they were very short handed at the time, but she needed to complete one task at a time. She was running back and forth from the register to the food preparation counter. I'm not sure if I received the correct final pay transaction. We had to wait for her to come back and finish at the register.

I ordered a sirloin dinner and was told that they had no sirloin si naks. This was at 10:00 pm! Itbink it's poor Inventory control when you run out of a popular menu item early in the evening. Steaks are prominetly featured on more than one page of a menu.

There was no one to greet us when we came in and we waited quite awhile before anyone did and longer to be seated even though the restaurant wasn't very busy.

The price is a little high, the new menus aren't very comprehensive or clear.
