our server Danette was a great , friendly, attentive server. she is an asset to the company.

Ordered soup and waitress forgot to bring it. Also the food was lukewarm at best and was bland.

We miss the chicken and dumplings and the bbq rib entrees and have a hard time finding something that appeals to us on the menu, which is too bad as Shari's has been one of our favorite places to dine in for many years.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The biscuits were ok. they were just slightly hard/dry at edges as if they were leftovers, not fresh

Understaffed, only 2 servers on for a mostly full restaurant. Took too long to take my order and took forever to get my check. Food was great, and server was friendly and knowledgeable, just needed more floor coverage.

Waited quite awhile for our food, but it was Pie night so they were busy. One of us ordered the Tuscany Apple salad but there were no apples in it.

Felt rushed to give my order to the server.

Our server was good but not super attentive

I had a coupon and it said to order 2 drinks, one entrée and get the second one for $4.99, which I did and when I went to pay they only took $1.00 off my dinner, the coupon did not say you had to order so much in order to get this. I think you had better note that on your coupon.

There was nothing really wrong with service or food -- I know what to expect when I go (decent Americana food at a decent price). I do think the booths could use a good washing/bleaching, which I only think about because I have a toddler who puts her hands on everything.
