The server never refilled water and her attitude was not welcoming or attentive. She said all the right words but the overall message was that she didn't care or was indifferent. Whereas I don't expect effusiveness, what I experienced came close to rudeness. Thanks for asking.

Many times I ordered your chicken wing (appetizer) for lunch because of its taste and price (I am a senior citizen). Yesterday, I found the price of the wings jumped MORE than $1.00 since the last month -- this goes with the other dishes -- but I ordered the wings anyway. It was poured with too much sauce, even on celery sticks, the taste of sauce was over powering and I did not enjoy the wings at all. I won't order the same in the future because of the price. I mentioned it. to the waitress about it. However, the waitress, Lindsey was very courteous and gracious. Hands to her.

Place was running on short staff. Took some time to seat us. We ordered and it took some time for food. Wife had Eggs Benedict which we saw setting on the counter for some time while my steak was cooked. When the food was brought the waitress took the egg plate back and replaced it with a hot meal. The steak was great. The original egg plate should have been brought as soon as it was ready even if it would not have been with steak. As it was I had my meal and she had to wait for hers. The store did comp for the egg meal which was nice. We will come back.

The vegetables were still frozen and the meat was cold and no one came to see if our meals were ok. We had to call someone over who wasn't even our server to get it resolved.

I have visited Shari's many, many times in the past. It had been quite awhile since my last visit, but when I recently went to the Aurora Shari's, I still had my receipt from my last visit with the validation code on it for a free cinnamon roll. When I presented this to the waitress, she asked the manager, who said it was invalid. I was with my two grandsons on the restaurant, and didn't want to make a fuss. I knew the offer did not have an expiration date. It says on "your next visit." I did bring this to the manager's attention when I went to pay my bill. She did give me a cinnamon roll. I am still upset about it because there should never have been an issue in the first place. And we did not have an opportunity to share the cinnamon roll with our meal. The waitress (Cassandra) was wonderful. The whole situation just left me with a very negative overall feeling.

Server Emily ignored me never checked back with me to see how everything was or to refill my drink. Her and several of her coworkers were sitting down just chit chatting and not checking on me or other customers in the restaurant. I been going to this location for many years, and I have never been dissatisfied as I was at that moment. Also there was an employee eating in plain view in behind the cooks line. Just not a good experience. Did not seem to be any supervision at the time.

The salad was terrible. Whatever kind of lettuce they used had little flavor and poor texture. When I told the server about it, she said "Sorry." and walked off.

Hope other survey description came. To recap: wiaitress checked if ok before could take first bite, asked if dessert order ready before could share the one dessert menu with husband. Meat in salad not adequately cut up, much left in big chunks. Told several pie choices "not in season", including Marionberry creme crunch, Marionberry plain, and pecan pie. Forks given with pies frosty, almost too cold to touch.

We have been to this Shari’s twice in the last couple of months and got the same smart mouth server. Both time we got her she would ask what do you want? Both time she would try to walk away before we could finish the order and both time she got it wrong.

We were seated in the last booth on a slow side of the restaurant. The host joked that we wouldn't be forgotten about, yet it took over 8 minutes for a waiter to come take our drink orders! After we received our food, he asked if he could get us anything else, and then forgot to bring us our side order of ranch. My date had to leave the table to get it himself. Usually service at this location is decent, but tonight it left a real sour taste in my mouth.
