Shari's

The Omlette tasted okay, but it was tasteless. The sausage and eggs were not good. I got seriously sick on my way home. Shari's should check its preparation of its senior omlette.

I have ordered clam chowder before and it was good. This time the soup was a watery broth and served almost cold,. I have difficulty sending food back and I was with friends so I didn't want to disrupt our time together. I will still eat at the Shari's I live near.

Service and personnel were excellent. The T-bone BRN Pltr was horrible, being extremely fatty and poor tasting. The person only ate a small part of it. He was my guest and the bill is mine and I feel badly for our experience tonight. The other two meals were very good.

Took too long to give order, took too long to receive the order, husband's soup was served at same time as sandwich as well as my salad was served at same time as my sandwich. sandwiches were barely warm, same with soup. Waitress's demeanor was barely attentive.

It took a while for them to seat us. The temperature of the food was cold. Manager wasn't friendly at all. Was more interested in chatting with staff.

Both my sides were Caeser Salads and they were DRENCHED in Dressing. WhenI told the server he just said "Sorry" and went on his way. I saved my plate to show the manager, who just looked at my plate and said nothing. Then I asked if He thought there was too much dressing or if he thought it was right. He said it was too much dressing. And that was that. I was not offered a new salad, nor was my bill adjusted to compensate. It was as if Shari's didn't care. This was my first visit to Shari's to celebrate Christmas Eve with our son. What a disappointment. PS The nacho stack we ordered came soggy as well. Thank you. Leslie Earp, lvearp@gmail.com.

The server was not at fault. There appeared to be only 2 servers for the whole restaurant and the seating was widely spaced. Because of this, service was slow but he was going as fast as he could. I ordered eggs Benedict and extra crispy hash browns. I got over cooked eggs and barely brown hash browns. I made an effort to eat it but had to give up. After telling the server my problem, the cost of the meal was taken off the tab. Good resolution but not a good experience overall. Waitstaff should not be spread so thin.

The waitress did not know the wine prices. What was quoted by her was wrong. She did not know what a "blackened steak" was. Could not tell the difference between Herb encrusted and a blackened steak. A proper "blackened" seasoning was not used - just extra extra salt. After the third trip back to the cook trying to get the order correct I discovered that all the side items were cold. Then I found my steak was cold also. This was the first time coming in for Friday night prim-rib dinner. My son and I looked forward to it all day, only to be sorely disappointed.

we were there on a Saturday morning around 9am. The Silverware on the table was wet and dirty. i told the waitress about it. she basically said 'that's how it always is.. " and it went downhill from there. we asked for a senior menu.. not much selection. the food was cold when we got it and she basically came back to give us the bill. asked how things were but surely not willing to do anything about it. We usually tip morning waitresses $ 5.- no matter what, but I only left $ 3.00 she had an attitude problem, needs a different career. The food was not very warm and tasteless.

First the host was rude and experience didn't know how to great and talk to her guest. Secondly her I ask there is cold air she stay saying I don't know I don't know she didn't even wait for me to ask her something else she shut me. Then our waiters come and ask her it's too cold can we move she says yes and didn't bring our cofee. The table was dirty and I got a napkin from the next table and wipe it..this table was warm and comfortable.. Both of them were rude..I go to this sharis ones or 2 wise a month there are 2 women's and a men and They are good for their job. I like this 3 of your employee but don't know there names...
