I had a great server the time prior to this visit. This time, however, the server was extremely rude and had an attitude right from the beginning. I placed an order for food that she said, contrary to my previous experience, they did not have. I understand mistakes happen and said as much, yet the server continued to treat me rudely, making me feel as if my request was placing an undue burden on her. At two points I almost thought she was going to lose her temper. I conceded that I could be wrong and even offered to pay for the food that I didn't want; yet even still, she continued to treat me negatively. I am not a mean or unkind person, and I have never had such an experience with a server. This was probably one of under half a dozen times in my life where I did not leave a tip. The sad part is that I came back to this Shari's because the service previously was so good; now I'm not sure I will ever return. After all, who would want to be treated this way?

The waitress (Emily) was nice to start with giving us menus and asking if we wanted coffee. After giving us are menus she started doing her clean ups and running the vacuum. we sat waiting for her to come and get are order when she did not come over the person i was with got up asking here if we could order as we need to get to work she said back to him to quit being rude and if not she would ask us to leave all we were doing was asking her to take are order as we needed to get to work. We started coming to sharis because we were getting the same attitude at the last restaurant. Ray

I was seated promptly but it took a very long time for someone to offer me coffee and take my order despite the fact that a 400# woman was standing within 5 feet of me at the bus station near my table and despite the host looking for something to do and cleaning windows with windex. When server finally came, she was curt and unfriendly. It took a very long time to get my food and when I did it was awful. Sausage pre-cooked and no pretense of it being fresh. I don't understand how any restaurant can kill the taste of a fried egg and french toast, but nothing tasted as it should. Server never checked back with me or asked how my meal was when I was checking out. Coffee was left in an urn on my table but the urn was dirty. The restaurant was nearly empty all this time, so busyness was no excuse. The only way this experience would have been worse is if I got food poisoning.

Our waitress gave us dry glasses. She was VERY VERY RUDE. I was unable to order my food the way I wanted she did it for me. Ran to another table complained to a friend about us. And served our food to us dirty dishes in her other arm. And after all that she could not even bring us our ticket so we could go. Finally when we went up to pay she rang our ticket up wrong...

My wife and I ordered sirloin steak dinners, the vegetables were very cold, the mashed potatoes & garlic bread very cold as well as the steak and the steak was very undercooked...pink inside, I ordered well done.

Well alot of things ran out. Like salad dressing, prime rib. This was at 6pm if thus was 10pm or 1am I would understand. But not a dinner serve. Order a prime rib sandwich and that's not what I got. I asked they used liquid smoke in this meat. Then I was told they ran out of meat so they went to the store and got some meat and it wasn't prime rib. If I knew that I wouldn't have order it. I paid for my disgusting dinner and I shouldn't have paid for that and I had a slice of pie and couldn't get the liquid smoke taste out of my mouth. I should've have not paid for my dinner. So I'd like to speak to someone and have this resolved.

Ive been goings to shares at least once a week. The evening manager has treated us old timer like sh??. There are at least 8 of us every week. He very rude to us and other customer.

1. The manager took our order and was very rude. He pretty much threw the plate on the table when he brought out the food. 2.Our server never came to talk to us until she offered to refill our drinks after they sat empty for 10 minutes and we already finished our food when it was not even busy. 3.My apple pie came cold, and didn't even resemble pie, it was just a broken blob. I didn't even touch it but took it to go anyways since I was going to have to pay for it. This was one of the worst experiences I have had eating out. I work as a server and understand that if the restaurant is busy, sometimes the server can't come by, but she only has two other tables besides us that we right next to us, and we were ignored. This is unacceptable, and what makes it worse is that the manager who was supposed to take care of us since the server was "busy" was also extremely unattentive and rude.

I was having an allergic reaction to something in my food and the waitress AND the manager wanted to argue with me about what was or was not in my food instead of worrying if I would be ok!! AND I still had to pay for it!!! I will never be back.

HAD TO GET MY OWN MENU. VERY UNDERSTAFFED. FOOD WAS HORRIBLE TONIGHT. PLUS YOU RAN OUT OF THE JAM GIVEAWAY. REALLY!
