slow food delivery, otherwise great

Managers are slow to seat customers. This visit the server had to seat us after she wiped off a table. Server was slow to take our order. Quiche was warm, not hot. Piece of pie looked smaller than other visits to this restaurant.

Server was unfriendly, too busy with others, out of pumpkin pie & told it's out of season! Staff got upset that I didn't add to tip for handing me a pie that I had to settle on.

You have to have a reason to improve

The soup was not hot

Couple that came in after we did, got their food before we did. Our server was apparently at the end of her shift when she sat us and took our order. It would have been more professional to be informed that our server was leaving and so someone would be assisting us with further needs.

I ordered two scrambled eggs ala carte and a bowl of fresh fruit. The eggs came right away, but then our waitress went far away. Could not find her. Had to flag down another waitress to get my fruit bowl. Our waitress never showed up again. LUCKILY, the hostess was very nice and brought us our tea and offered us designer tea flavors.

The food took longer than usual and the waitress was not very attentive. The only reason I didn't mark unsatisfied is because the manager on shift was very friendly and attentive.

I really like Shari's restaurants. Especially the convenience of being open 24 hours. That helps a lot with my schedule.
