We waited a long time for our order, and I had asked for swiss cheese on my sandwich and it came with none so I had to ask. The bread fell apart on the sandwich and there was no spread of any kind on it.

I enjoy the lunch trio with the quiche. I also have had the cookies and cream pie which is very good. Last time we were eating at this restaurant they were out of that pie. This time I asked before ordering. When the pie slice was brought to me it looked different. it did not have the cookies and cream filling, just a thin layer of chocolate, the white whipped topping and a few cookie crumbs on top. The server said it was cookies and cream. I am disappointed and I feel I was served the wrong piece.

my husband is in a motorized Wheel chair .the access into or out of your entry way is too say the least ...extremely frustrating .Trying to hold open the outer door and having him in the entry way you cannot open the inner door because of the way the door has to open. having the second door to go through there IS NOT room to maneuver to get the door open!! Every time we come here I get frustrated ! What are the wheelchair accessible regulations????

I reserve highly satisfied for exceptional service. Everything was fine, no complaints, just not exceptional...

We've had the same server a couple times and he mixes up our order and takes awhile to initially take our order as well. Very friendly though.

My experience with the waitress was exemplary. Becky was absolutely wonderful. My problem was with the person who seated me. He asked if I wanted a booth or a table. I said "a booth please" and he immediately headed straight for a booth the back of the restaurant. Meanwhile, I saw another booth I preferred and so I said "may I have this one please" and the host's response was to roll his eyes up in the back of his head. He grabbed the silverware that he placed on the first table, walked over to the table I selected, slammed it down on the table and walked away in a huff! I did not appreciate his attitude and it's really sad that someone in public service like this could be allowed to go on without a reprimand. Otherwise, my experience with the waitress was great great great and I do plan to come back and sit in her section and perhaps I'll know better next time and seat myself if the same host is on duty!

I was dining alone and my experience is that it always takes longer to get greeted and served whenever a customer is by themselves. No sure why it seems this way at most restaurants.

Ordered Triple Berry Pie to go. It even said berry pie on the receipt. But when we got home, we were given a peach pie. i suppose it was hard to tell the difference. I really have an issue with to-go food because mistakes are not realized until we are well away from the restaurant and most of the time, like this time, it is just too much to ask us to drive back to the restaurant to exchange it. I called the manager, who offered to fix it, but did not feel like it was worth the effort. Shari's is not the only place where I've had issues like this. To me, its more important to get the to-go order correct the first time, its never good to have to go back....

The food order was not fully correct; one of our party did not get the avocado as requested on her sandwich, and the cole slaw had an odd taste.

I wanted a hamburger which was not on the menu but the waitress understood and I was able to order a hamburger. The closest to a hamburger was a cheeseburger, mushroom burger, etc. Also, I wanted a hot fudge sundae but there was no hot fudge.
