The food arrived cold and too fast. We gave our order and the soup and salad came and also the main course. The waitress never came around again. We had to track her down to get our food heated up. She was very nice about it. No apology and never came back to check on up on us. Right after we got our meal she asked if we wanted pie and then returned with the check and just left it on the table and off she went talking to other employees.

The waitress you could hardly find her when you needed her and when it was time to get the check I could not find her anywhere I had to get somebody else to give us our check cuz we set there for 10 minutes waiting for a check and we can find her anywhere my food I ordered chicken and waffles and it was cold I had to bring it home and warming up before I could eat it so I think I'll go somewhere else next time

Waitresses disappeared after taking our order. Aftera bit, we got another waitress to get our drinks. Then, no one came near and the waitresses were all clustered around the register. After 15 minutes, we literally flagged down the manager (or we think he was) and asked about our food. It came shortly thereafter, but we shouldn't have to work so hard to get our food! Bad management.

Biscuit to dry taste like no grease in biscuit butter didn't help. Ribs and chicken was over cooked. Cold slaw wasn't cut small enough.

The BIG!!! problem was "Uber Eat". Uber eat placed extreme burden on the servers and management. This took away their ability to serve those customers effectively in the restaurant. The servers and staff did their best under extreme pressure from "Uber Eat". If you want to maintain your in restaurant business, I strongly recommend reconsidering your position with "Uber Eat". I could not imagine what it would be like with the restaurant full of customers, walk-in customers and "Uber Eat". You would not be able staff sufficiently to cover all 3. One or more would suffer. I can see a fast food facility utilizing "Uber Eat" but not a sit down restaurant.

Just didn't like the service

Had 2 different staff members attending to us. Appears one didn't know what the other one had performed. Our salads were ready (we could see them), but not brought to the table. One member served us the hot food and we had to let her know our salads were not yet served. She apologized, noting she didn't take the order, and brought us our salads (the same ones we saw). We were on our lunch hour and a timely lunch is important. Unfortunately, the waitresses didn't see the importance of getting guests served in a timely manner. Never did know 'who' was really our waitress. Both staff members remained on the floor, so can't use the excuse that one went on break and the other was a relieving her.

First, the server did an excellent job. The food, on the other hand, started my stomach feeling sour because it was so greasy. Hash browns were sitting in grease. I did enjoy the hashbrowns once I set a fork of them on a clean napkin to soak off the grease. The biscuit, in my house, would have been tossed out as too stale to serve. Only the center was edible. And by center, I do not include the tops and bottoms of the center; the entire outer was hard. The omelet was ordered with bacon. It arrived with tiny morsels of what appeared to be ham, and tasted like ham. All together an unsatisfying meal. Fortunately, the cashier did not ask how our meal was as I would have told her.
