Mentioned that things seemed slow, but was told that they were running around to keep up. But then, where was the manager who should have been host/hostess and sit customers. Appears people were sat where least amount of servers were. Our choice of Shari's has always been this location, but not sure anymore. May try the others.

Manager was great and resolved the issue by doing the order himself when it came to getting it in the to go bag to assure the accuracy on the second attempt. When I went back to get my order the waitress(the same order taker and who ringed me out both times) was not very courteous to me. Made me feel like I was the one that made the mistake. The only thing she sad to me was when I asked if Shari's wanted the wrong order back was "keep it". That was it two words and they weren't I'm sorry. Oh well, maybe she didn't want me to come back the next time I wanted to pay for a meal.

(1) My order was not correct and had to be redone. (2) My guests were almost done eating when my correct food order was served. (3) WAS DENIED MILITARY DISCOUNT AT THIS STORE AND HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED AT OTHER STORES IN THE LAST 30 DAYS. MANAGER WAS NOT HELPFUL IN HIS EXPLAINATION. (4) I will try again. However, if I receive the same service and military disrespect as I did this morning. I WILL NOT RETURN to this store

You need to decide if you're going to be a sit-down restaurant, or a Uber-eats service. The staff is so occupied witj Uber-eats that they don't have time for their sit-down customers. THIS IS A CORPORATE PROBLEM, that reflects badly on Corporate decision-makers. You are doing a serious disservice to your staff, who are doing their best in spite of a dumb corporate decision. You have wonderful servers. If you're going to do Uber-eats, hire staff for it. Don't just add an unbearable load to your staff. You short-change your sit-down customers by diverting your staff to Uber-eats.

Upon entering, they were busy and no one greeted us. It took about 5 minutes just to get our name on the list. It took another 15 to be seated and about another 15 to get our drinks. The menu stated one thing, but the hostess told us it was wrong. Our waiter, Doug, was very confused about not only our order, but everything else as well. The steak my son ordered didn't come with the shrimp we ordered and he had to wait. My friends food was messed up as well, separate check though. Doug put half of her order onto mine and said it was cheaper that way; however, I didn't want to pay for her order. It took Doug and I believe the manager more than 5 tries to finally get our checks correct, and we had to explain it to them step by step. Initially stuff was comped, don't know why, but after trying to get our checks straightened out for over TWENTY minutes with two children, nothing was comped, and we paid full price for a horribly serviced lunch. It took nearly two hours for our whole visit that we spent 20 minutes eating. Not the quick lunch we had anticipated.

This was the worst visit to this location, server was clearly stressed. Over cooked food, all dishes remained on table till the end, one burger was overloaded with veggies it looked like a salad, fries needed new grease in fryer. just not worth this bill.

I am a frequent Shari's customer; however, this was my first (and last) visit to this particular location. My usual order is the Northwest Steak Salad, medium-rare to medium. At my other regular Shari's locations, this salad arrives in a fairly consistent way every time. Today I asked the server to please ensure that the Steak had "some pink" so as not to be overlooked.it arrived promptly, and before I had finished putting salt/pepper on the salad, she reappeared, asking me how everything was. I told her I hadn't started eating yet. Today I received a salad that 1) had the steak overcooked to a brown leathery consistency; 2) was missing the candied pecans that are part of this dish; and 3) had only two cherry tomatoes on it. I tried to get my server's attention, but I never could. I also couldn't get her to refill my water until she came much later to deliver my check. I tried to get the attention of a woman who was either the manager or asst manager, but she, too, was elusive. One of the reasons I patronize Shari's is because I expect consistency in the quality of the menu items and the service. This location needs training for all staff. I am sorely disappointed.

Our waitress Amber #350967 was almost non-existent. It seemed like she did not care at all about service. I was not going to leave a tip at all, except when I went to cash out guess who was my cashier? Amber. The food was cold, nachos, and the pico di gallo was diced tomatoes.

The lady who checked us out after we ate felt very rushed and rude. We all felt very unwelcomed at the restaurant and I feel fine to say I will not be going back. The store wasnt at all busy and they still pushed us out like we didnt mean much.

Number one the menu did not specify the size of the steak I would have not paid that much for a 6 ounce New York strip steak. I did not receive my full meal at the same time. This is not the first time we have had problems at this sharia.
