The server was in such a bad mood and not happy at all. It was national "pi" day and the restaurant was slammed. she had no smile and as soon as we were seated she stared out with "we are almost out of pie, it's slim pickins"with the worst attitude that I have seen in a very long time. We were not ever there for pie, I just wanted to have a nice dinner out with my family. We hardly get to eat out due to a family budget and decided to last night to head to Sharis since we usually have good service and love the food. Well I instantly regretted it. We had to wave her down to get refill when we were completely done with our meal (super annoying). They were slammed and there was not very many servers working and the manager did not seem to be helping at all. My overall experience at this location on this night was terrible. I am not sure we will be returning anytime soon, which is really sad because we really enjoy Shari's.

Well your prime rib was advertised not available only Friday Saturday I then decided for a t-bone like the sirloin picture had to pay extra for the shrimp the manger had to come to the table she was unable to know what to do very hard getting ticket to pay the service was like she was spaced out and didn't know what to do for the food thought it was out rageous price for Shari's took us 15 minutes to get some containers to go my daughter's check out took forever the manger had to be called to the front all this to try and have a good time eating lunch out really not worth it

The staff seemed short handed for a holiday in an area where there are limited options to eat out on a holiday. The hostess didn't prioritize incoming vs outgoing customers. Tables emptied yet we weren't being seated. And the register was still checking people out. We waited 30-40 minutes to be seated. Given our initial order of drinks right away, but I asked for more coffee and 25 minutes went by with no attention.Staging was off. I should have received my salad, but got my meal all at once. My sandwich had a very small dab of mayonnaise on one side. The half sandwich didn't seem like a half when I put the bread together, it didn't make a full slice of bread. We arrived at 12:30pm, and left at 1:50pm.

food sat under warmer for 10 min or more our waiter looked at it 3 times and the 4th time he brought it to us and it was cold. waited another 15min for a new meal one was over cooked and the other was under cooked. no customer service at this location. people in there seem like they don't like there jobs, attitude of workers not right. it was the worsted sharis ive been to and ive been all over the country.

ordered top sirloin steak rare. When I cut into the steak it was RAW!! sent the steak back waitress came back in under a minute. one side had darker grill marks. I cut the ave unsteak into chunks and set it on the smaller side dish. It was still cold/raw in the center. When Deborah our original waitress returned from her break, she took one look at the pieces and said she would not eat that either. My meal was deducted. But when a steak is not cooked they will make someone sick!!! If the restaurant had been stacked, waiting room only!! I could have understood the cook being swamped. But half the restaurant was empty. No Excuse for Serving a Steak RAW!! TWICE!!

A family with a very noisy child was seated next to my wife and me. We moved a ways away but it didn't help much. I asked the waitress why people with kids weren't seated off by themselves. She said that would be discriminatory. I suppose Shari's doesn't mind if we suffer.

Took over 20 minutes to have someone take our food order. Then waiting for the food to be brought to the table. The waitress delivered the check and asked if there would be anything else we wanted. We asked if we were going to get the food we ordered. She then went to the kitchen and placed the order. Check came before the food. Just wasn't right. Took nearly 45 minutes to get a hot turkey sandwich served. Observed other table also having trouble with getting attention and getting the wrong order. I eat here often and have never experienced anything like this before. Total lack of attention.

I'm not sure what we did to offend our waitress, but she sure avoided us. She attended to everyone around us and didn't even ask until the end of the meal if we needed our drinks refreshed (which ran out mid meal). We saw our food come to the window, and then watched our food sit there for close to 10 minutes before our waitress actually got around to bringing it to us. Although the cashier was more than happy to take my money, after she washed her hands in a bucket sitting behind her. She never asked how our meal was and neither did our waitress, trust me I waited to have the question asked. The food was lukewarm at best, but the good news is that the creme pie I ordered was warmer than the food. The Eggs benedict was dry, the panini was harder than a cracker and my nephews cheese sticks, well let's just say nothing says yummy like luke warm cheese sticks. I try not to complain, but this was some of the worst service I have ever had in my life, and it really seemed like these people don't care about anything. I take my parents to lunch once a week and I will never be a repeat customer at this one, such horrible service and bad manners.

Deb our server did not apparently care to treat us like customers. I felt she was more interested in chatting with other guests. She took our beverages to the wrong table. My wife asked for a glass of ice that we had to ask the Host for. She did not check on us to see if we needed anything else or how our meals tasted. (Although they were excellent) She looked at my empty water glass twice and did not refresh it. I had to ask the host for her to come by our table when the meal was done. She did ask if we wanted pie In which we watched her carry them to tables before she realized the ice cream was not on the pies. So, in a nut shell....Service was horrible our food was great.

We had three people in our party, we received 1 glass of water. It took 45 minutes to get 2 more glasses of water. The nachos e ordered, were cool the cheese hardly melted, we had about 3 bites and that was it. We also ordered the parmesan tots our order was brought out wrong the first time, so when they brought them back out they were very greasy and hard like they were double fried. When I brought the situation about the food to the attention of server she suggested when I take the food home and put it in the microwave I can crunch up the tator tots on the nachos. I have worked food service and there is no way I would have made my customers pay for that. I was also concerned about the temperature of the pulled pork on the nachos it was cool to the touch, I would not let the kids eats the pulled pork.
