Short wait time, friendly, knowledgeable staff, good value, cleanliness

Very busy Valentines night but our waiter Brady was great. Had a party of 10 and kept our orders straight and explained specials, etc.

Came in just to pass the time before my night shift with a few cups of coffee, and the waitress was regularly attentive despite the somewhat cheap bill/tip.

We always enjoy eating at Sharis as the service is always friendly and the service is fast Last week I ordered a Patty Melt which in the past had always been served with onions and swiss cheese, no sauces. This time the sandwich came with swiss cheese, onions and a sauce. When I said something to the waitress she quickly retrieved the sandwich and in a few minutes I had a new sandwich without the sauce. That is why we return to Sharis.

Our server, Roxann, was very attentive and gracious to us during our entire visit. The food was great, but my husband ordered fruit with his eggs benedict and was given hashbrowns. Roxann brought him abundant fruit plate to make up for the mistake. All in all a satisfying meal.
