the help was pleasant attintive and the food was good cost a little more than I like but you recieved good quality food and waited on excellant

Raymond, who was our server was attentive, respectful and listened carefully and cheerfully to the special order that we asked for and watched over the process making certain that we were quite satisfied with our meal. Never once did he miss an opportunity to make our dining a pleasurable experience. He checkedin often, nevertheless never inquiring while we had a full mouthful, as some other servers do, but his timing was perfect. He is an asset to the restuarant and the reason we patronize that particular shari'e- 78th and 117th.

The food was presented well, delicious and a nice seasonal offering. Our server, Denise, was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly as usual. We almost always ask for one of her tables.

Seated promptly, comfortable atmosphere, waitress knew the menu and what was not on the menu as well as accommodated food allergies well. Great service with friendly knowledgeable staff.

I am a regular at Shari's (mainly this location), The food is always fresh and goes down real good. I also try to try everything on the menu, this visit I did try something I have never had before (French dip) and it was great as is all the food on the menu. Till next time.
