Roxann was very attentive to us and almostr too friendly

We were enthusiastically welcomed by multiple staff members and quickly shown to a table. We eat there frequently and the staff knows what we usually order. Items we want were at our table before we even got comfortable. Great staff!!!

We were at Shari's on a very busy night, the staff handled the crowd in a pleasant speedy manner. Dinner was served hot delicious and with very little wait time. Super job staff!

Server checked on us just the right amount - not too much, not too little. Food was very flavorful. Had low calorie option and sometimes these items lack flavor.

The servers are always pleasant and can answer questions about the menu without having to run back and forth asking someone else

I am very happy as always. Roxy was my waitperson and was wonderful. I had a great experience with her having me as a customer. My whole experience was great as usual.

Our server Natalie is amazing! She always knows my friend and my orders and makes our overal experience great! We basically live at Sharis and feel welcomed by her

REALLY appreciate the atmosphere of this particular Shari's -- especially the servers! For this visit it was Roxann-O. She is a highly skilled and intelligent lady. My friend and I appreciated the way she was able to help us with special needs for our order. My friend says she remembers her serving for many years. I do hope the company is awarding her for her many years of loyal service.
