Our waitress was very nice and handled all of our requests..we really enjoy Shari's and all who work there.

We enjoy going to sharis but here lately it takes awhile to get our food and some times food order isn't always correct but all else has been good so far

I was satisfied, but the food was a little dry and they gave me decaf coffee.

We were seated right away but waitress was busy talking. didn't get waited on for 10+ minutes. They weren't busy. We were about to leave when she turned around & looked surprised when she saw us.
