The reason why my response as to why my experience was not selected highly satisfied is because the greeter at the door who sat me down did not display an overall welcoming feeling when seating me today! It felt as though he did not want to seat me because of my appearance! Other then this the rest of my time at sharis was outstanding! Food and service is awesome!

Server didn't chec back soon after our order was delivered to see if we were enjoying the food or if everything was okay

We enjoy eating on my early release day from work Which is Wednesdays. We use the coupon meal deal including a piece of pie. We were told no double pie on Wednesdays anymore. The soup is not hot enough. We have eaten at different locations and it's the same everywhere.

Food was cold and did not taste very good. Only one disabled parking outside and had to walk very far to get to door. Wait time was longer than expected and so was getting the food.

Of our party of 5, everyone else received their meals but mine did not come. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes because they said they had a change in chefs and my order did not go through with the rest of the orders. Everyone waited to eat till I got my food and by then, theirs were getting cold. I think I should have been comped for my meal considering how long I had to wait.

I forgot to ask for the burger well done.The waiter let me say well done before it was given to cook. Under cooked hamburger can have ecoli which is deadly.

We had to wait quite a while for our food and our check and our food needed warmed up in microwave...

WE DID get a great value with the "Two for $25" - greasy onion rings though. Our waitress was awesome. The waitstaff had little personal typed sheets on what qualified for this special, but the customers did not know. There are so many restaurants to choose from, and Sharri's does good consistently, but not always great.

wish the menu would change a little offer monthly options with different food mix it up never offer anything different other then pies or Holidays

Plate was small, but packed. I prefer pancakes on a separate plate. Don't like syrup on my eggs.
