I usually love this place but someone was caught not realizing it was going to be busy or just didn't have enough people. An entire section of the restaurant (the expansion meant to handle busy times) was not utilized. Food was sitting on the finish area not being picked up. New trainees were standing by the cash register not knowing what to do. Lines waiting to get in and check out. Not a pleasant dinner experience.

Made mistake of going on Friday...Wed free pie day and Friday very crowded...Need more waiter and waitress on those days...Coffee and wife tea got cold waiting for food...flagged down a waiter and he did get us some warm drinks. So busy they did not get check to us so had to go up and explain what we had...We don't blame the waitress who took order she has been our waitress in past and was great...She was over booked on waiting on customers....We waited very long time for refills, food, and check....adding up to over hours....Noted a lot of people waiting at door and like us waiting for coffee and checks...

I ordered fish and chips The fish was cooked to much and was greasy. I enjoyed the fries , salad and the pie.

This location is always very slow to acknowledge that you've entered their restaurant. This location, once you're seated, takes at least 5 - 10 minutes or longer for the server to come to the table for the first time.

No particular reason, other than my friend asked for a refill on her water so she could take her medication. It never came.

I was satisfied. Just because I didn't give a "total satisfied" doesn't mean that I mean I didn't mean I didn't like it.

Just the overall taste of the food, it's just blah:/ but I do like your variety.
