my eggs were not over medium, when I went to cut them water and slime came out of them, and my stuffed hash browns I never had before were not cooked all the way. I think the cheese should have been melted and should of had sour cream in them hash browns should have been cooked more not hard

My meal, which was the Pot Roast was really overdone, it buried in Gravy and took a long time for it to be on the table.

Prime rib was too done but tasted ok. The waitress had way too many tables but she was wonderful.

I had a steak and it was so grisly if could not be cut or eaten but everything else was very good and they did take 7 off bill because of steak

The waiter had her mind on other things

Several staff members did not show up for work due to snow so it had an impact on the experience. The staff that did show up performed as well as could be expected.

Ordered the ham and cheese omelet and stated to waitress not the senior as wanted the three pan cakes that come with the regular omelet...so my wife could have one of the pancakes...Meal came but with the senior omelet...not regular. Waitress came and found was mistake by cooks..not her...Said would re do but we said no and my wife had just her pie she had ordered..... Waitress did change the price to the senior omelet from the regular one with three pan cakes...

The Thanksgiving dinner I ordered and ate lacked flavor.

When I say I was satisfied, that is a high compliment from me. I am not a "HIGHLY SATISFIED" type of person.

The waiter was not as friendly as some are.
