Shari's

I do not care for alot of the new menu items. Not everyone like mashed red potatoes. My loaded baked potato soup only had two pieces of potato flavor on that was good though.

Overall it was a good visit. The only negative was that we ordered a salad without blue cheese and it showed up with it, and the serving of avocado with the salad was extremely small. Neither was a huge deal, but notable.

I always like coming into Shari's, except this time it seemed like it took awhile to get my salad, when I could see it sittin g in the cooks window. The waitress told me "yes, that's your salad, but the cook has to grill the chicken, and put the focciata bread on the plate" This wasm the reason I rated "satisfied". But I always get good service, and good food here.

It took so long to get our food that the temperature was approaching cold.

I love sharis I am very dissappointed in the fish and chips. I have ordered them at digferent times ,when I come 3 times, they are very greasy, batter inside not done. Not much fish. Frys were soggy. No, I did not complain, was not waitress's fsult. We have mention othrr times and also about steaks being tuff, no discount or anything. Redmond, oregon where I used to live always and bend, ore, also. Their fish and steaks were alwsys tender and good. Fish not greasy. Not pleased.

It seemed as though there was not enough wait staff on hand for the time of evening. The waitress was overly busy for the number of customers that were in the restaurant at the time (6:00 PM).

Waitress not attentive, order was wrong and incomplete, never checked after dropping it off at table. I've never had this kind of service at any Sharis.

The flavor of the selection I made was okay, but not great. I have had other things from the menu that I really like.

I don't think it was their fault, but it took them over 15 minutes to seat us when we walked through the door and there weren't even hardly any people there...the restaurant was half or more empty.
