Was seated by the kitchen door. Appeared to be lots of new kitchen staff who bumped into each other, got in the way of the wait staff, in/out of the door frequently....new employee stuff.....

I had the Shrimp Alfredo and the shrimp were very tasteless.

We have loved Sharis for years and always been highly satisfied. Tonight we don't know what happened. There was a crowd of us waiting inside where the benches were, but no one took our names...the person who was cashiering was also seating people. But he had to cashier first - so we stood a very long time, with more people coming all the time. It looked like there were 2 waitresses on who were running their legs off. We got there about 6:15 or 6:20 pm. The menu has changed. We haven't been here for a long time and didn't know that. This is the place where the gals used to watch you come in, catch your eye, smile and say "I'll be right with you", and be seating folks quickly. I got the chicken fried steak senior meal - it used to come with veggies too. My hubby got the regular one - and the $3.00 difference was he got the veggies. If the company is cutting hours that's too bad. If tonight was beyond their control - some folks didn't show or called in sick that's a whole different thing. We'll try it again another night and hope it's not the same.

The restaurant was very busy and nobody was at the front as a hostess/host. I was planning on making a quick stop to grab cinnamon rolls to go-there weren't any ready so had to wait 15-20 minutes. A staff member offered to buy me a beverage which I declined so he gave me 6 cinnamon rolls for the price of 4. Which was very nice-staff member apologized and was very friendly and professional about everything. When I got home and we started eating-the cinnamon rolls tasted like lemon. I intended for the whole outing to take 20 minutes and it turned into over an hour and the food was not good-the staff member who took care of me was very nice though.

The food arrived late however, my server was very apologetic. She offer a free slice of pie. That was very nice of her. Overall, the servers are friendly.

There was Jam smeared on the table when we were seated. The bathroom was messy.

The prices and portions, even on the senior menu, were not great. Coffee prices are way too high and I forgot to give my Sari's card to get credit for what I spent. $23 for 2 so so breakfasts felt like a rip-off. Sorry.

little slow getting drinks thought soup would come faster,slow on dessert waitress seemed to be busiy needed help
