Shari's

Took too long to get our food and when we finally got it, it was cold. The restaurant was not that busy and the waitress only checked with us once to make we were ok. This is one of our favorite Shari'so to come to and we have always been pretty satisfied with the service but today not so much.

Only because I wanted a banana cream pie and they didn't have any.

The buffalo wings tasted like they had been sitting an they were a little dry due to lack of hot sauce.

I request swiss cheese only on my grilled sandwich and it came with chedder. Waiters took it back to be redone. Had to wait while others ate at the table, would have liked to have the fries that where on my plate to eat while sandwich was redone. Overall, everything else was great!

The rye bread on my sandwich was so dry it crumbled. The coconut cream pie filling is reduced now. The pie is 2/3 whipping cream topping.

Bland food and small portions. Overheard talking of a head older waitress nagging and complaining. The food was too small for the price point. I was cold the whole time.

I'm a frequent customer and I was not so pleased this time. I ordered the BMP FRITTATA Applewood-smoked bacon, mushrooms and pepper jack cheese. Topped with scallions, arugula, and Parmesan. At least that is what it said on my menu... The waiter had to tell the cook not to put sour cream on it and when I received the frittata it had no arugula and they added olives. So I questioned it. I didn't complain about the taste, just the fact that it was different then the menu had said it was supposed to be. The manager did explain that the arugula had gone bad and that corporate had told them to add the olives. I just think that least the staff should be informed of the change so I could have ordered something else.

The waitress was not friendly. She brought us incorrect drinks. She did very little talking. We were seating in the corner of the restaurant right next to the back/by the kitchen entrance. It was noisy and was not ideal.

Pie shake was not thick as usual prime rib a little cool
