It was not crowded but took forever to get food and I noted that most people were waiting a long time. No one had food on table but orders had been taken

Received an email stating that I could get $5 off an item from the "secret menu", when I looked at the "secret menu" I saw the Fork & Pie Combo (with 3 scoops of ice cream). I thought this was a special going on and that it would cost $8.99 as the pies are on currently on sale for that price. So I ordered it to share with my brother. We only got 2 scoops, but thought, "What the heck, we're only paying about $4 for this" ($8.99 minus the $5 special). When I got the bill, I was charged $13.99 for the Fork & Pie Combo. This "secret menu" is so secret, that even the price is apparrently a secret....and deceiving! When I brought it to the attention of the guy taking our payment, he said that was the regular price, the manager overheard and backed him up. If I had known it was so expensive, I wouldn't have ever ordered it. I visit Shari's 2-3 times a month and am usually happy with the service, but am very unhappy about this and frankly surprised that the manager didn't try to make it right. Don't want to get her in trouble as she is a lovely lady, but just surprised like I said.

Your new menu is awful. It makes no sense and does not flow. It was extremely hard to tell what was available. If it is not replaced by the time I visit next, it may be my last visit.

We have not been since you changed the menu, of the selections were not there the price was close but the Bacon was very thin and tasted like card board, some what. The hash browns were not crisp, eggs were more the over easy.

The server did not inform me that the caprese salad was merely a side salad in regards to the portion size. She was also not very attentive. But I guess I didn't expect the best food or service to begin with, so it does not come as much of a surprise.

13 years of great experience at Shari's in Fisherlanding Vancouver. Moved to Battleground and found Shari's there. First time was great. This time the waitress was really bad. Seated quickly but then she seemed to forget we were there.Finally took order, food came fast and was great but never saw her again. No receipt...mentioned to person at counter and said she was probably on break. Watched her while around..more interested in talking to the other guy waiters, playing with hair, etc. May try once more but if she is still there we will walk out.

Our server did not explain options for one of our family's order, or did he check to make sure the drink another family member ordered was correct. The meal itself was lacking in flavor and a bit cool when we received it. Very disappointing for the cost of the meal.

Was on hold 3 times for over 25 minutes total just to place a to go order

Sharis offered promotional cinnamon roll, but when presented with a voucher, was told "We don't do that anymore"- refusing to honor an offer is not good for business in my opinion. Most likely will not return

Contrary to the menu disscription, the turkey dinner did not have a roll or stuffing on the plate and I had to request it. Turkey was room temperature... The menu states undercooked ground meat may cause illness or death (ecoli). My son's hamburger was not well done as we ordered. The hamburger center was bright red and had to be sent back. The waiter was good and professional. The restaurant was packed with customers...
