Lunch took us over an hour and 10 minutes today. There was a very long delay in our server even coming to our table, and then waiting for the food took much longer than usual. Once it arrived, we saw our server once about 2 minutes into the meal, we never saw her again until we had to flag her down to bring us the rest of our food (pie) and the check. We were never offered refills or anything. And it didnt seem very busy at all. Not the best visit. Put me late back to work, which never happens when we go to Sharis.

We eat at this Shari's frequently, however this time was so under par in comparison to other times. I don't know what was happening in the kitchen, but it wasn't good. I know people can have an off day so didn't make a fuss about the food. I'm sure it will be better the next time.

Service was very slow and waitress used excuses for not attending to our order.

We waited for 20 minutes for our server Denis, to come back with our check. She came by our table twice and told us she would be right with us but never came back. Several times during that 20 minutes, Natalie noticed Denis was not following up with us so she took it upon herself to take our pie order and get our check. She deserves our tip more than Denis. Unfortunately I didn't have cash to give Natalie and put the tip on my credit card. My boyfriend and I frequent Sharis and this is the first time we have had a blatant problem with our server. I understand if the restaurant is busy, but it was only 1/2 full that night.

My wife and I had breakfast on our visit to Shari's . It took a long time for the food to arrive and when it did arrive a portion of both was cold . Her order was not correct but she said I'll eat it anyway! My steak was 1/3 waste due to excess fat etc. and my eggs were cold ! I guess I'll have to find another place that has food to my expectations. The staff was great. This is the third time I've visited Shari's and had this type of problem, there won't be fourth.

my table was seated before many other tables who received their food first. The waitress barely checked back, and took food back to the kitchen after it had been eaten off of and returned the same food. My entire table was finished eating by the time i received my food. then i wanted to order pie but was never offered. So i asked and was treated like i was bugging them. Then after waiting 5 + minutes, i was ready to leave and tapped the counter as i turned and the male host FINALLY acknowledges me by slamming his hand and saying "look i can slam my hand too" The utter disrespect was astounding. just because I am obviously a teen. I can get the slow service as it was busy, but to be treated so poorly. rude.

The waitress and maitre de were very rude!!! We frequent this restaurant and this is the first time we ran jnto such rudeness!!! No greeting, the waitress hardly checked back. I filled our own water 3 times!!! We felt as if we were just in the way!!!!

(Previously a regular customer.) Food order wrong. Two orders both experienced stale, hard bread and cinnamon rolls. Replacement took too long and even the replacement was wrong on one of the two meals. Manager took $5 off the total, but in a class restaurant, he would have offered to "comp" the whole thing since there were so many problems. Staff was courteous. Cooks should have never served stale product, since they are the ones to see it before it is prepared. We're probably going to find a different favorite restaurant. This is not professional and amounts to a bad eating experience. Also - we had to pick up two pies. These were excellent. So long. We may be back for pie, but not again to eat.

customer service was lacking and everything took too long and she never came to check if we needed anything and were bounced around w different people there.
