Our food was not cooked to the likeliness of us. Our server wasn't very nice and we told her we didn't like our food. We asked to get our order taken it off because we didn't like it and she said no.

Our waitress ignored us. She approached and serviced the surrounding tables multiple times before refilling our drinks. we came in on free pie night and after finishing our food we waited 20 minutes before she came and offered us pie. at that point we didn't have the time and didn't want to wait on her to bring us pie. we asked for our check so that we could leave. She acted like she didn't even care.

My wife and I have tried dining at Shari's a number of times in the past few months with the same as noted before. I'm sorry to say that after so many disappointments we will not return.

when we entered we were left standing while the waiters were busy talking to one customer not ordering but conversation, then when we recieved our orders,the eggs were not cooked whites were raw and burnt on bottom side,also the biscuits and gravy could use a better recipe.we used to eat at sharis quite often but will not be back. sharis has changed alot,used to be very happy with the food and service but notin the last several months.

Mainly, the reason for us not being satisfied with our visit was due to our server, Roxann-0 at the #200 Shari's. First of all, when she was taking our order, she's talked so quickly that you could not even understand what she was saying and she seemed to really enjoy confusing us. I also work with the public, and I know that that is not how a server should treat the customer. That was more of an irritation, but the main problem was with the temperature of the food and with our server's lack of interest in getting our order to us while it was still hot. I was sitting directly down from the kitchen and could see the food coming and going in the servers picking it up. When we had waited approximately 25 minutes for our food, I started to become concerned and watched intently waiting for her to pick up our food. Instead of doing so, she was repeatedly going back to tables that were already cleaned off, re-wiping them and also hanging out at the coffee island. Finally, another server looked at our food and decided to bring it to us because it was getting cold. Our plates have been sitting there about 10 minutes without anybody bringing it to us.

Even though I ordered a steak from the Senior Citizens menu I expected a bigger cut of steak, all I received was too very thin cuts of meat that I estimate was only about 4 oz or less. i find that your menu prices over priced. Think that I will stick with Denny's in the future.

Server wasn't overly pleasant, it was free pie night. Gave a short and brief answer to the one question my wife asked about a menu item. Food was not as delicious as described on menu, specifically the prime rib dip, which is my favorite item to order and usually indicates overall quality of the food. Yours was the worst I've had in a long time: cheap meat that was dry, flavorless, an old cut being utilized or previously frozen. Not what comes to mind as a "prime rib" offering. Wife's chicken-fried steak seemed of freezer quality as well. Son had a burger which seemed as advertised. For the price, I felt ripped off, given the quality received. I'm no food snob, but I work hard for my money and cannot imagine spending more at Sharis other than for a pie. Also the trainee server presented us with a duplicate bill, but kinda saw that coming. I am a trainer in my occupation and believe that perhaps the new employee should have been introduced as such. We almost never go out for dinner, but was treating the family and my wife who had an unusually busy day. The quality and preparation did not leave me desiring to pay for anything but the burger, let alone a return visit.

I arrived at 12:15 pm, was FINALLY seated at 12:45 pm, had to wait for my order to be taken, did not get my water & coffee until AFTER my meal had arrived, which I had to ask for again. Food arrived at about 1:15 pm. By the time my meal arrived, I had to shovel it down quickly because I had a URGENT appointment at 1:30 pm. When the waitress/cashier was processing my payment she asked me REPEATELY if I was a Shari's card member. I REPEATELY told no, but she kept asking & trying different ways to find my account. By this time, I was very short tempered, and she FINALLY processed my payment. I BARLEY made my appointment. Not a good experience today. It sucked big time!

After being seated Roxy came to our table put both hands down on table leaned in and asked about drinks, when my daughter responded sweat tea/tea she commented rudely you mean tea you put sugar in. No need to be snide nor put your hands down on the table. Further on while waiting for our food Roxy brought my daughter another Tea, made multiple inappropriate comments, (do you always throw them back like that as well as you drink your liquor like that). She's 17 not that age should matter but both inappropriate and unprofessional. Roxy brought more sauce for my fries i said no need they were cold when i got them. I declined fresh at that time i was already upset about her comments and demeanor, and wanted to leave. Her comment about the fries as she walked away was oh they must have made them early/earlier. Also witnessed her inappropriately touching another customer, she clearly new. Just very unprofessional.
