It took us over 45 minutes to get a steak salad and a 1/2 sandwich cup of soup. The sandwich came out on the wrong bread the waitress couldn't seem to remember getting us refills or creamer and just acted like us waiting that long wasn't a big deal. Had to ask for our check and she gave us the wro g one but didnt really seem like that was anything either. Worst service ever it ruined our lunch out. Then to not even give a discount to boot. Worst time

I'll say first that the waitress was very nice and did the best she could, for that she was tipped well. The restaurant was totally understaffed. I believe our waitress alone served 7 or 8 tables just on our side of the restaurant. The prime rib stroganoff was HORRIBLE. It was cold and tasteless. They put so much of the mushroom gravy in it that it became soup. The prime rib WAS NOT prime rib. It was well done tough chewy steak cut up and sprinkled on top. I would have sent it back and ordered something else but the wait time was too long. I had other things to do rather than wait another 30 minutes for a new order. I'm so disappointed. This specific location is the worst. Always a long wait, food is usually on the cooler side and not made well. Overall a waist of $42.42 plus tip. I wish I could get my money back. I will be cautioning people if they chose to go to that Sharis.

waited several minutes to be greeted, once greeted we waited 5 minutes for them to clear a booth then was seated in the very back by the back entrance to the kitchen, and back fire exit which was blocked by boxes, old booths and other items, when there was a lot of empty tables in the main dinning area. Once seated it took another 10 minutes before the waitress came to take our order. There was a couple seated after us that received their meal before us, we ordered a hamburger and a club sandwich. I was reluctant to even go back to this restaurant, due to about a month ago the wife and I were at this same restaurant and the service and food were terrible then also.

The server was very nice, but the food was horrible! Eggs so cold the cheese wouldn't even melt. Toast and pancakes were also cold. Butter just sat atop them with out melting. When we told our server he offered to heat everyone's food in the microwave one plate at a time. The first persons plate was an omelet with avacado and fresh tomatoes. It should have been remade not shoved in the microwave. Only 2 people out of our party of ten had decent food. Awful experience. Would not go back. At the prices Shari's charges you would expect better quality and food.
