Amanda was amazing even while she looked very busy! Hard worker and very kind. Food was delivered fast and delicious

This Shari's Restaurant is one I frequent often (2-4 times a week). Although the staff does not know my name, they have my beverage in hand as soon as they see me coming in the door. As someone who dines alone at least two of the four times I eat there, the staff always speak to me in a friendly manner. I love to come to Shari's for the variety of items on the menu and the prices are well within my budget. The steaks are better than at higher priced competitor restaurants. To say the least, I LOVE SHARI'S RESTAURANTS!!!!

Service was excellent

Sarah, my server was very friendly and checked on my status often. The Ice Tea appeared to have gone bad (sour) and she offered me a replacement drink.

I was highly satisfied because the quality of my food was exceptional ! The food was warm and tasty and the waitress was super nice and greeted my friends and I as soon as she saw us walk through the front door of the restaurant. The food did not take long to arrive and the check didn't either

The entire crew here rocks! They know how to make me feel like family, and that's why I always come back! Such a great atmosphere of friendly, hard-working people. Thank you Lexi, Terra, Rochelle! You are amazing at what you do, always checking on me and making sure my beverage is full. Plus, the pie sale!!! LOVE the new "Mochachino Silk" suggested by my server (THANK YOU YUMMMMY). Great place and even better people!

I am Highly Satisfied on all items, but Satisfied on Overall Atmosphere because headquarters should update this building.
