Valerie was absolutely amazing to my friend and myself. We were both blown away with the work she put in to make our experience the best it could be. So blown away we are taking the time to write down comments for her. There needs to be more Valerie’s in this world. Whoever her supervisor is I strongly advise you to promote her or benefit her in any way possible because she really goes the extra mile with customer service.
